Accommodations: Condominium - 3 Bedrooms + Den - 4 Baths - (Sleeps 8-11)

Morning view of balcony from greatroom looking to the west. - San Jose del Cabo, Mexico Vacation Rental Recently completed, 3600+ square foot three bedroom villa on fifth floor with spectacular oceanfront view and a large covered balcony extending along the entire length of the unit. Each of the three bedrooms has a separate exit to the balcony through sliding glass doors, as does the spacious great room. The sliding glass door retracts completely into the wall thus expanding the great room and balcony into a glorious ocean experience of sight and sound. There is a separate den suitable for children or other guests. Each bedroom has a spacious private bathroom with ample glass block and tile showers, and there is a full bathroom adjacent to the den. High speed wireless internet service, satellite TV's in each room with extensive channels available and a DVD player. A fully equipped kitchen, U/V water purification, zoned air conditioning throughout each room, private laundry room, iron/ironing board and twin sinks in the master baths are provided. The master bedroom and the middle bedroom both have a king size bed. The third bedroom has two double beds. The den has a double sofa bed and a single chair bed. The condominium is about a 20 minute drive from the San Jose del Cabo Airport. Please look for the large beautiful cream colored building when you first see the full panoramic ocean view on the right of the highway as you drive in from the airport. That is where you will be staying, in the center fifth floor unit. There are onsite concierge, maid, and spa services. The Las Mananitas resort has three fine swimming pools with hot tubs, a gymnasium, a tennis court, and a basketball goal which are available for your use. A few minutes walk to the nearby Mega store will allow you to purchase groceries, delicious pastries, and a variety of items to enhance the convenience of your stay and free your time for fun in the sun. Excellent restaurants are a few minutes walk along the beach or take a few minutes drive to the enchanting downtown area to experience the culture of this wonderful city with other fine restaurants and shops.
