J.F. Walleye's Island Bar & Restaurant is only 1/4 mile to the South, and is the preferred place to eat, be entertained, and relax by their backyard oasis...the 'Blue Lagoon' (family friendly fun all day, everyday, Adult fun every night, all night!

The island was quaint and the unit was clean and met our needs. I would suggest making a reservation ahead of time with the Miller Ferry to get your car across b/c otherwise it is hard to get around. The shuttle service was responsive but didn't give you a chance to see much of the island. the condo community is remote and quiet; would be a good place to stay but don't expect much more than just that- a place to stay. The pool was a slight walk to get to and the restaurant attached was closed. There is only 1 general store and 1 restaurant on the island. We attended Sunday mass at the local church; taking a walk back in time. Relaxing visit. The local JF Walleyes restaurant had good food and friendly staff.
