The new ski lift, opening this season, puts our home in the perfect location! Just walk across the street to the brand new ski plaza, hop the new ski lift and be skiing in minutes.
If playing in the snow is what you are after, look no further than out the back door. Plenty of open land to build snow forts, have battles and make the perfect snow angel.
Talk about a great location, our back door opens onto the cross country ski course and the resort is only minutes away.
Our spacious home is only 300 yards from the Park City Mountain Resort (that is the main resort, now we have the new plaza right across the street) but in a nice quiet area with pleasant mountain views and right on the Municipal Golf Course. A free public transport route to the Resorts and Main Street runs right by the condo. Deer Valley and The Canyons are only minutes away.
Our home is spacious,beautifully decorated, and fully-equipped. It has TWO MASTER SUITES with queen beds, a THIRD bedroom with double/twin bunk bed, PLUS a queen sleeper sofa in the lounge. The maximum occupancy is nine. The family room has 20 foot cedar ceilings and is open and spacious with a gas fireplace, stereo system and lots of movies for your viewing pleasure. NEW FOR 2008 - luxurious wall to wall carpeting!
The family room also has a door leading out to the cross country ski area. The dining room with round table and seating for six people adjoins the stylish kitchen with new everything! The two bar stools at the counter make breakfast time a breeze. The large outdoor hot tub is situated right off of the dining room on a very private porch. It is magical to sit out under the stars, with snow coming down as you sit in the comfort of our hot tub.
While staying in our home, you will enjoy digital cable TV and video, free high speed wireless internet access, a small stereo with a selection of CDs, multiple TV's, as well as a washer/dryer and a well-placed large mudroom to help corral all your outdoor equipment! We love being together as a family, watching movies, playing games... and we want you to fully enjoy yourselves while staying in our vacation home so we have puzzles, games, videos and CD's for your use while visiting our Park City home.
Park City is well known for its Skiing and Winter activities, but let's not forget Summer and Fall. They are actually some of the best months to visit Park City and the fastest growing segment of the rental market . If you love to golf, hike, bike, boat, and/or shop, than this is the place for your Spring/Summer/Fall vacation.
Our rental rates are fair and reasonable and 25% less than rates charged by commercial management companies. A 50% deposit is required with all bookings and is non-refundable within 60 days of arrival. Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival. You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if less than 50% of the runs are open at Park City Mountain Resort seven days prior to your scheduled arrival.

From the highly detailed guest instructions emailed to you well in advance of your stay, to the incredibly inclusive guest binder with highlights of restaurants, activities, classes, stores (also emailed to you well in advance to give you a chance to familiarize yourself with all the options... to the spaghetti dinner we supply for your first night on vacation, all extra touches that make your stay pleasurable beyond your expectations.
