  We have visited this condo on four occasions, most recently April 2012, and our daughter is currently there for her third time. We find the quality of the accommodations, the cleanliness, and the owner's hospitality rank among the very best. Our experiences have been similar to the previous reviews and complete satisfaction. Standards have not changed from our first stay and we notice improvements at each subsequent visit. We especially enjoy the facilities in the Anasazi complex, and all the shopping and other amenities within walking distance.

  I am a recent graduate from CSU and was able to stay at the condo while completing my internship in Arizona. We had never been to Arizona before and this was the perfect place to stay. The condo was immaculate and overlooks the pool and golf course. It truly felt like home to us. We loved sitting on the patio and looking out at the golf course and mountains. The bike trails were so beautiful and accessible. We are the type of people who always like to be out doing something which made this the perfect location. Everything was so close by and we always found something new to do or try. The condo also offers not just one pool but many pools, including one large main pool which has a waterfall and is amazing for laying out. I remember coming home from work everyday and feeling like I was going home. It is quiet, very comfortable and everything I could have wanted. We highly recommend staying here during your time in Arizona. We guarantee you will not be disappointed. We do not have to think twice when we say we will be coming back.

  We have enjoyed staying in this condo for several years. It is conveniently located for shopping, restaurants and many activities. The accomodations are clean and comfortable. The owner is very personable, easy to work with, and responds quickly when questions arise. We also appreciate the nice view as well as having the elevator so close.

  I stayed here for the whole month of December and I can tell you, the apartment is modern, clean and contemporary. You will fee right at home. I looked at several others before deciding and they were all depressing. You simply could not ask for anything more. It looked better than the photos. It is right next to every possible shopping and restaurant you could imagine, not to mention one of the biggest indoor malls in Scottsdale. Wal Mart, Target, Macy's etc. The host is charming and will take care of anything that needs attention. I recommend it highly and I will be back.

  This was our first trip to Arizona and we loved it. Our condo was immaculate and lovely. We arrived late so it was a very pleasant surprise that the condo lived up to its pictures. The bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed and many extras. The kitchen was well equiped and a pleasure to work in. Tina was a lovely hostess and the treats she left us were very much appreciated. We have already planned our next trip.

  "My wife and I are from Canada and have been coming to this condo at Anasazi Village during the winter months for the last three years. The one bedroom unit is very tastefully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. For golf lovers, the generous balcony of the unit overlooks the eighth green of the Stone Creek Golf Club, a reasonably priced and fun to play course. Close at hand are all manner of shopping and restaurants and Scottsdale is a short drive away. The complex contains numerous swimming pools and a clubhouse with party rooms and a gym. Regular social activities take place here, presenting opportunities to meet your fellow vacationers. Best of all, Tina, the unit's owner, goes out of her way to make her guests feel at home and to promptly take care of any problems that crop up. All in all, a perfect winter get away."

  Tina's condo is what I would call "home away from home." The condo is well appointed, very comfortable, clean, and well situated. Tina is a very gracious landlady. She goes out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We have spent two months at her condo (two separate occasions) and have the third visit planned for November. The golf course is situated at the doorstep. Being that we are golfers, we appreciate the close proximity to this beautiful well manicured golf course. We look forward to our next vacation. I would definitely recommend this property rental.
