Everything is new in these high-rise condos on the 28th- 46th floors. From the hardwood floors, granite countertop in kitchen and bath, stainless steel appliances and beautiful furnishings. The spacious living area includes a sofa bed and flat screen tv, dining table and chairs and views of Lake Michigan and Michigan Ave. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a second television, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. A washer and dryer is located in the unit.
The building boasts a state of the art workout room, theater room, party room, beautiful outdoor lap pool, sundeck with grills, tables, chairs and chaise lounges, as well as a covered parking garage.
This condo is available for weekends getaways, monthly stays or corporate rental. Parking is also available at an additional cost.
Complimentary coffee, soaps, shampoos are all provided, as are linens, towels, pillows and blankets. Free high-speed internet access, as well as on-site management office to assist you during your stay if necessary. An informational booklet in the condo points out all the nearest attractions, as well as the closest groceries (Whole Foods is one block away), theatres, convenience stores, restaurants and shops.
