About the owner: We live with our three children in France and have owned the apartment on Danube Street for 13 years. We would like to move back to Edinburgh one day and live in the apartment.
Why the Owner Chose Edinburgh: Stockbridge is one of the nicest parts of Edinburgh. Really close to the City Centre but retaining an understated and village atmosphere. Loads of interesting shops and boutiques and a variety of specialist food producers such as cheese, wine and coffee shops make this a special place. Lots of second hand book shops nice little restaurants and cafes, all less than half a mile to the City Centre, 5 minutes to the Royal Botanical Gardens with the Water of Leith running through the centre.
