The three bedroom, three bath home has hardwood floors throughout with a well-equipped kitchen. The living room opens up to a cozy sun room with a glass roof and hot tub overlooking the lake. The spacious master bedroom suite is on the main floor with a queen-size bed and private bath. Additional upstairs bath with jacuzzi tub. Downstairs includes full bath, one bedroom with two twin beds and one bedroom with a queen-size bed each with their own sliding door to the patio overlooking the lake.
High speed cable internet is available if you need to stay connected and bring a laptop.
Enjoy 130 feet of waterfront with dock and deep water for swimming, boating, and fishing. Feel free to bring your own boat to enjoy 10 mile long Lake Cobbosseecontee and world class bass fishing.
Cobbosseecontee Lake is the central and largest in the Winthrop Lakes area. The water quality for fishing, swimming and recreational use is exceptional. The Winthrop Lakes area is close to shopping in Augusta, antiquing in Hallowell and the many summer features of the region. We are only a 45 minute drive to Freeport's L.L. Bean and other outlet stores.
Directions:
