Main floor includes an updated, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a living room with broadband internet access and cable TV, a dining room, a sun room as well as a lawned yard with a charcoal and gas grill. Washer dryer and rooms in basement.

Explore the museums by day and Bethesda by night! The house is steps away from over a 100 restaurants, a local Starbucks, art galleries, theater and boutique shops in Bethesda as well as four blocks from the metro (12 minute ride to metro center) and the crescent biking/walking trail. Perfect blend of a quiet neighborhood in an urban setting. Bethesda has many public parks, art walks and tennis courts. The house is 2.3 miles from DC/Maryland border.
