This eight bedroom, eight bath beach house is tastefully decorated with beautiful Tommy Bahama furnishings. Each bedroom is equipped with cable and has DVD capability. The living area has a state of the art entertainment center which includes a plasma TV and wireless internet service through out the house.
This modern home has a fantastic gourmet kitchen that also has a wine cooler and the master suite with its very own refrigerator, jacuzzi tub and private porch. This house is graced with its own private pool and BBQ grill for those great beach parties!
This wonderful beach house is located less than one block from the beach, yet in the heart of downtown I.O.P. Only 14 miles from historic Charleston and close to many championship golf courses. Come straight from the beach and clean off in the private outdoor shower. Take the elevator to the living room and walk out on the porch to relax. For a view of the Atlantic, take a walk up the spiral staircase to the sundeck!

Our large family group stayed here to attend a family wedding in Charleston. The accommodations were great--enough room for everyone. Each bedroom has its own private bath--a big plus when we were all preparing to go somewhere. The kitchen was large and was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Having 2 dishwashers was an added bonus. The weather was great and made walking down to the beach very nice. The gate at the rear of the property is very convenient--saves time and steps to the beach. Loved being there and loved that we had lots of space for all of us. The elevator was also great!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Hello Amanda, Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home. We had a blast. I'm not sure if you were responsible for ordering the perfect weather for us or not, but we appreciate it very much. I had one of the most relaxing days I've ever had while on vacation on Wednesday spending almost the entire day on the beach with my grandchildren. They played and my husband and I sat and watched, enjoying their laughter and squeals of delight. It was a most perfect day. Again, thank you so much. We enjoyed our stay to the extreme thanks to "our" beautiful vacation home. I say "our" because one of my granddaughters told me that of all of our other houses that we had stayed in this was her favorite and when we came back to Folly we would have to stay here from now on. Well appointed. The 8 bedrooms and baths were appreciated by our group of 10 men. We parked our cars and never left...easy walking distance to restaurants. Would rent again.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

I was at the house with a group of 19. The house is spacious and more than met our needs. The layout and private baths with each bedroom never made it seem crowded. Access to the beach is wondeful and the view from the top deck is incredible. My group now wants to visit this house every year and would use it for their individual families.Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.
