Great location. More calm, laid back, family environment ... grocery stores, banks, restaurants, even Starbucks within a few minutes drive. Our beach house is located in a quiet residential area where you can walk, bike, etc.
As you can tell from the picture, the beach is spectacular. Where we are located, cars are not allowed on the beach which is great. However, there is a beach access point a couple miles down A1A where you can drive south towards Daytona.
Several golf courses around. My brother also keeps his HobieCat right there on the beach so if you are nice to him (or better yet
brave enough to go out with him through the surf and spay), we can work that out.
VACATION RENTAL AMENTITIES:
The beachhouse is newly renovated and has all linens, cooking utensils, and everything your family would need.
