  What a fabulous place this is, close enough to Orgiva to be conveniant, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. A warm welcome from Nigel and Zoe and immaculate accommodation. When we were there in September the swimming pool was a great benefit and clean and warm. There are some delightful 'eateries' close by and some stunning walks. Everything was catered for and we had a fabulous relax in luxurious accommodation offered by a very friendly and warm welcome from the owners. We would definately return as often as we can!!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  Thank you Nigel and Zoe for a really relaxing holiday with our son ,daughter in law and two small grandsons. The accommodation , care and attention to detail perfect. Also help with the children's routine really made us relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. I will never forget swimming in your pool with the sunlight shining on the lemons in the trees overhead and the happy sounds from the children playing - perfect!.

  I can't tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your wonderful place - you really have got it just right! Looking forward to returning when we can - if I close my eyes I ca smell the sun soaked jasmine and the lemons and the .... no I can't - it's raining here! I've attached a painting of Ben and a couple based on the area - enjoy.

  We're so sorry it's been so long since we stayed with you. It's been quite hectic since we've been back in Colorado. We stayed for 4 nights in your villa back in mid May and just wanted to send you our "journal entry" as we didn't have a chance to write when we were there. We had an absolutely wonderful time in your beautiful place. It was definitely the highlight of our trip to Spain and we recommended it to all of our friends. The accommodation was top notch and we especially liked all the little architectural details... the stutters, the arches, the tiles, the patios and of course the pool and gardens. Sophie had a great time roaming around exploring and enjoyed seeing the little kitties in the garage. The location is perfect with easy access to the Alpujarran pueblos blancos and the coast. We have some great memories of our stay and hope to be back soon some day. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

  I highly recommend this property - it was everything it promised to be! The apartment afforded peace and privacy, was beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. A lot of thought has gone into the comfort of guests and their needs. Cleanliness is obviously of paramount importance to the hosts and the beautiful, almost tropical style gardens, were all kept immaculately. I had not expected quite such lovely views and the garden has very comfy loungers - some in the shade and some in the sun. The hosts were so helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay what we wanted it to be. We loved exploring the local mountain villages with their interesting shops and heritage and there are plenty of coastal towns not far away. There is a particularly good bakery in Orgiva amongst a wealth of other shops. There is a very special restaurant too (hosts could advise the name) with the most beautifully presented food in Spain (I am certain!) and plenty of other bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from. That said, the cooking facilities were great, so no need to eat out if you feel like a quiet night in. A very special place indeed.

  My husband and I were so taken by the description and reviews of Zoe and Nigel's property that we chose to spend the second week of our Andalusian vacation with them outside of Orgiva. A great choice! As the photos depict, this property is artfully designed and meticulously maintained, spacious, comfortable, clean...simply beautiful. We stayed in the apartment (we rented it as a two-bedroom, but it can be rented as a one- or three-bedroom as well), and had ample room to feed and play with our one-year-old son. We made great use of our large balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains and countryside, enjoying every one of our meals in the out of doors. The grounds are absolutely lovely. As we had just finished a busy week of sight-seeing in Sevilla and Cordoba, we opted for a much slower-placed second week. One of the draws of Nigel and Zoe's lodgings was the tranquil surroundings. We were not disappointed. We made two day trips (one to the Alhambra, and another to a mountain village) and a couple of trips into Orgiva for some marketing. Other than that, we stayed put, making rest and relaxation our priority. This was truly the perfect place for it. With the view from the pool, you know you are on holiday. Zoe made many thoughtful arrangements to ensure an easy stay for our little boy: a very nice baby cot (what we call a large "pack-an-play") and a high chair for feedings. Nigel provided us with a number of helpful tips for our marketing in town. They have made a whole packet of materials available in each of the units to suggest day trips (there are so many potential destinations from this convenient location) and other ways to benefit from the region. Both come across as very kind and empathetic people, able to anticipate the needs of their guests; they are excellent hosts. We would and have highly recommended this great find to friends and family!

  What a wonderful 10 days we had in Orgiva! We rented the apartment from Zoe and Nigel and it really became our home while we were there. Our hosts thought of everything that we would need and the surroundings and accommodations were perfect. We loved hearing about the history of the property and the renovation stories and admire the love and dedication it took to end up with such a fabulous place. We walked to town several mornings and enjoyed cafe solo and churros while watching life in a small Spanish town unfold around us. The town has a lovely grocery store and we were able to cook many of our meals. We ate at most of the restaurants in town and enjoyed them all and loved the Spanish tradition of tapas in the afternoon. We were lucky enough to be there during a festival and enjoyed the holiday atmosphere of the town. We based all of our day trips from our apartment and mastered the mountain roads and the rotaries! There is so much to do in the area and the Orgiva location is a good base. Thank you Zoe and Nigel for having the vision you did and the drive and talent to make it work so well. Adios

  Zoe and Nigel: Two people who got it right! Before our arrival till then we arrived back in Germany, Zoe and Nigel took care of our every needs. The place is the end product of Zoe and Nigels' hard work and dedication! We stayed at one of their villas for 8 days with two teenage girls: when teenage girls are happy and busy relaxing then you know for sure that you're indeed at a place that is JUST RIGHT! Zoe and Nigel are NOT just one of those owners who rent their vacation homes: for this lovely place that is filled with positive energy and atmosphere, they are your true hosts, guides and friends who would go out of their ways to make sure that you get those great nights of undisturbed sleep and rest!   Rent adapted to travel group there and in family. The peace and the tranquilité of the mountain in the middle of a luxuriant vegetation allow a real rest. The garden is very pleasant and adapted for children. A car is necessary to visit neighborhood. The hosts are charming and welcoming
