Come and enjoy our beautiful five-star oceanfront villa with unobstructed views and just steps away from the beach. This is a colorful "cottage" style villa renovated in 2005.
The kitchen, dining area, and family room all have views of the ocean and are open to one another. The large kitchen has beautiful granite countertops. The dining table seats six with four additional stools at the kitchen counter. There is also a game table that seats four. The spacious family room boasts a 42" plasma flat screen TV with a Bose DVD/CD/Stereo. There are two plush sofas, one opens to a queen-size bed, and a leather massage chair to help you relax even more!
All three bedrooms have gorgeous antique heart pine floors. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has a king-size bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub/shower. The third bedroom has twin beds and has its own full bath. There is an additional full bath in the hallway.

We really enjoyed a week-long stay in this wonderful condo. It was very spacious for our family of 7 including 3 large bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms with showers. The unit was in very good shape and clean. The kitchen was equipped with two refrigerators and a large living space area with an all around view of the coast. A boardwalk at the back door leads you directly to the beach. This was our first time staying at Seabrook Island. We enjoyed fishing at the lake, deer sightings, and many long walks on the beach. Freshfields Village is located close by and offers a great grocery store, as well as a variety of stores and restaurants.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.

We stayed here last year with some girlfriends...it was wonderful...large and airy, colorful without being gaudy, modern and updated yet with a beachy feel. It has a wonderful view of the ocean, with 2 min walk to the water ...because of how the land curves, you can actually enjoy an East Coast sunset over the water while the dolphins swim by! The clubhouse area, just a short walk away, has outside bars and restaurant, lounge chairs set on concrete so that you don't get all sandy, with servers who will bring you drinks. It was terrific! We had one problem with the showers that didn't drain properly, but I imagine that is fixed by now...and it was a minor issue in comparison with how great everything else was! I am hoping to stay again this year. Thank you!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.
