Sitting in the lanai of this two bedroom townhome you can enjoy the view of beautiful tropical lush trees. Step outside of your lanai and relax by a solar-heated pool or stroll to enjoy the view and walkway by the Intercoastal water inlet, which sits in the middle of the condominium grounds.
To change scenes, you can take a short walk five minutes to fine dining or breakfast and coffee, and then stroll to nearby shopping boutiques. Crescent beach is five minutes by car [.8 miles] or 20 minutes on foot via Stickney point bridge.
