This property offers 300 (plus) feet of private beach. This fully furnished, beautiful apartment has its own private entrance and is part of a recently built house that is on four (plus) private wooded acres. Patrons in the past have had children ages 0-18 who have either slept on the couch or brought their own cribs, air mattresses, etc.
The area is quiet and private, with only two adults living in the main house. There are plenty of activities for young and old alike - beach combing, kayaking, rowing, or just relaxing in the quiet and watching the sail boats go by. There are at least six restaurants within 15 miles (two as close as three miles). The community of Deer Isle is replete with artists and artisans, who moved to this area in the 1970's due to its appeal.
Pets are considered with a larger deposit.

My husband and I live in the main house. He is/was a house builder and built the property. We lived in the apartment while the main house was being built. We chose this area because it is right on the water and the view is incredible.
