I have traveled the world and stayed at some very beautiful places, but nothing is more relaxing then staying in an amazing house in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado. We were greeted at the door by a friendly stuffed bear. Of course I felt right at home having a familiar face around for the weekend. We walked into this beautifully decorated mountain style home with more space then we could have wanted. This house would definitely hold my large bear family and it is comfortable enough for a small group. You can expect great hospitality when you stay here and every comfort of your own home.
If you want to ski in Breckenridge you are just yards to a ski trail that will take you to the lifts. You can ski all day and come home at night and relax in the large hot tub. Or you can unwind by playing some pool or air hockey. Don’t forget about the Gazebo outside where you can grill out in the winter or the summer and hang out with family and friends. If you rather cook inside, the kitchen has everything you need to make a gourmet meal, and then some. No expense was spared in making this home as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Don’t forget about shopping in the beauitful town of Breckenridge. With tons of fun shops, great restaurants and amazing site seeing. You will not be disappointed when you visit this property. I guarantee you will want to visit again and again. I hope you have as wonderful of a stay as I had.

Owner's Map of Warrior's Mark West
Dee Phelps came to Summit County in 1997, having fallen in love with Breckenridge in 1984. After extricating herself from Florida (where she was an attorney and where she and her late husband, Glen, syndicated shopping center sites & invested in real estate), Dee purchased her first Breckenridge home sight unseen. This great home became her first Breckenridge home & short term rental property. Dee had such a great response to her hospitality business that she purchased several other luxury properties in Breckenridge.
Dee met Bernie Wieland in Breckenridge, Bernie moving from the Nashville, TN area, where he was CEO of a steel manufacturing company. He purchased his first Breckenridge property in 2000. Both Dee and Bernie had, independently, traveled to most of the towns in Colorado and both had decided, several years apart, that Breckenridge was the perfect place to live and to play in the mountains. Bernie and Dee have extensive business backgrounds, Bernie as an executive in the steel and manufacturing automation businesses and Dee creating and selling two successful businesses in Florida and Arizona and investing in real estate since her twenties.
Dee and Bernie spare no expense in creating a warm mountain atmosphere in their several homes and condos, all of which have good access to ski lifts, hiking & biking trails and to downtown Breckenridge. They make every effort to provide a memorable mountain vacation experience for their guests.
Dee and Bernie are both Colorado licensed real estate brokers with many years of hands on experience selling, renting and buying Summit County investment properties. Sunrise is the most beautiful property in which I have ever stayed. The views (from almost every room) are incredibly stunning, the bedrooms are all large and comfortable (the master suite is fabulous), it was immaculately clean, and the decor is unique and exceptionally tasteful at the same time - A luxury mountain home in the truest sense! Bernie and Dee were wonderful hosts (as always) and having stayed in three of their Breckenridge homes, I feel very comfortable highly recommending every one of them.

Hello Bernie and Dee,I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how much fun that we had and how much that we enjoyed your gorgous home. The views were stunning and the house was even better than pictured. I was especially taken aback by all the art work, animals, mountain knick-knacks and relentless attention to detail!!!!! It really gives you that mountain feel – even animals in the wall tile and bedspreads – and is no short order keeping clean and dusted I am sure but it was spotless. I would highly recommend this home to anybody that is looking to be immersed in the ultimate mountain surroundings inside and outside the glass

Words can not express how much we enjoyed your home at Sunrise Point over Christmas. The whole vacation was incredible from the wonderful home, the underground parking spots which we used many times, and the on demand shuttle. All was above and beyond any hopes we had.
