VRBO Bear stayed here - 01/30/2007 I have traveled the world and stayed at some very beautiful places, but nothing is more relaxing then staying in an amazing house in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado. We were greeted at the door by a friendly stuffed bear. Of course I felt right at home having a familiar face around for the weekend. We walked into this beautifully decorated mountain style home with more space then we could have wanted. This house would definitely hold my large bear family and it is comfortable enough for a small group. You can expect great hospitality when you stay here and every comfort of your own home.
If you want to ski in Breckenridge you are just yards to a ski trail that will take you to the lifts. You can ski all day and come home at night and relax in the large hot tub. Or you can unwind by playing some pool or air hockey. Don’t forget about the Gazebo outside where you can grill out in the winter or the summer and hang out with family and friends. If you rather cook inside, the kitchen has everything you need to make a gourmet meal, and then some. No expense was spared in making this home as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Don’t forget about shopping in the beauitful town of Breckenridge. With tons of fun shops, great restaurants and amazing site seeing. You will not be disappointed when you visit this property. I guarantee you will want to visit again and again. I hope you have as wonderful of a stay as I had.

- Ski-In: Intermediate skiers ski to within 1 block of home off of Peak 10. Cimmaron to Flapjack/Burro Trail. Burro to home. Beginners come off Lower Lehman (green slope) & have 1 1/2-2 block walk back to house. PARKING SPACES ACROSS FROM SKI LIFT & SKI SCHOOL FOR YOUNG GUESTS & BEGINNERS!
- Ski-Out: ALMOST EVERYONE BUT NEVEREVERS can ski to two ski lifts in less than 5 min from this home. Burro Trail (gently sloping green) to Quick Silver & Beaver Run Lifts AT PEAK 9 BASE. Or, turn left at EAGLES VIEW TOWNHOMES to Lower Lehman (green run) & TURN RT. (This is the route for beginners back home). Beginners have 2-3 blk walk back. Easy ski down to 2 lifts. Intermediates & above come off Peak 10 to Flapjack, then take forest trail about 3 blocks back to within a block or so house.
