This spacious 1800 square feet town home was built in 2004 and an open floor plan of comfortable living space. It is an end unit with windows on three sides. It has a master suite with a queen bed and full bath including a romantic garden tub, another large queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The twin room and second queen share another full bath. Pillows, comforters and blankets provided. Please bring your own bath towels, beach towels and twin or queen-size sheets.
A powder room is on the first floor level. The large sun room has central air and heat. Plus it's French doors can be closed to create an additional family room for children or adults to play video games or watch TV/DVD/VCR on the second TV on the first floor. This room also has a queen size sleeper sofa. During the day, you can open the large slider windows to enjoy the outdoors.
This townhome is located two easy miles from the Bethany Beach boardwalk. You won't have to deal with the lights and traffic on Route 26, because this house is located on a low traffic road (Just off Kent Ave.) which intersects with side streets that cross Route 1 and end at the ocean.
It's only a short walk to the large community pool or tennis court.
This house is located within minutes of Ocean City, MD; Rehoboth, DE and Dewey, DE Beaches. It is also located very close to Delaware Seashore, Indian River Inlet and Fenwick Island State parks. Each park offers beautiful beaches and plenty of parking for a very reasonable entrance fee.

This is a GREAT place for family bike rides, bird watchers, anglers and shell seekers.
