This spacious and luxurious home in the gated community of Four Seasons is an easy walk to the beach, shopping in downtown Duck and beautiful sunset views from the sound side pier. It is next door to the community recreation center with indoor pool, fitness room, tennis courts and more. A neighborhood trolley takes summer vacationers to the beach and to the town of Duck. Ah - what could be more relaxing!
The house is beautifully decorated and adjacent to direct beach access. A private pool and hot tub are provided for your enjoyment. Decks on the second and third level, front and back of house provide opportunities for secluded reading, napping and daydreaming. You will be steps away from the bicycle/jogging path, fishing across the street in the sound, and the sights and sounds of the shops and restaurants in the village of Duck.
Level one (lowest level) : Bedroom #1 with bunk set, duo bunk, private bathroom. Bedroom #2 with bunk set, duo bunk. Hall bathroom, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ice machine, full-size ping pong table, foosball table, den area with queen sleeper, loveseat and TV, access to pool and hot tub, laundry room with two washers and two dryers.
Level two (mid level): Bedroom #3 with king bed, Jacuzzi tub, deck access. Bedrooms #4 and #5 each have a queen bed, private bath, deck access. Bedroom #6 with queen bed, private access to hall bath, deck access. Bedroom #7 queen bed. Hall bath.
Level three (top level): Bedroom #8 with king bed, luxury bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Access to deck. Great room with fireplace, TV, sound system, access to deck. Dining room with access to front deck and rear deck, spacious kitchen with two ovens, two dishwashers and two microwaves, half bath.
Level four: Raised captain's watch/reading nook.

Rec Center is open year round to guests of our house. Indoor pool, children's pool, fitness room, arcade room, den. Outdoor tennis, basketball. There is no extra charge to use this facility.
Gaze at beautiful sunsets from the sound side pier. Access is a paved path across Rt 12 from the tennis courts.
Here is the community outdoor pool, children's pool and playground. There is also parking here for Four Seasons guests who want to drive to the pool.
This is the Town of Duck Park. It includes a playground for the kids, walking trails thru the woods, a boat ramp and a wonderful deck running along the water. Also includes an amphitheater where yoga classes are held in the morning and concerts in the evening.

Thank you so much for the use of your beach house. We really had a fantastic time! The weather was great and we were able to get to the beach quite a bit. We also made frequent use of the Club House next door. Last night we went to see "The Lost Colony” on Roanoke island and really enjoyed it. We went to the beach a lot, went swimming, went to Kitty Hawk, saw the Wright Brother’s Museum, and went to the dunes. We had a great week. The Black Pelican and the Heron are great restaurants.Tennis was great, even though it was kinda tough dragging ourselves out of bed that early. Hang gliding was the best thing I’ve done on vacation! Sweet, sweet sunsets.

Thank you so much for giving our family a privilege to stay in your beautiful home. Your house was so roomy even though there were 21 of us. The home is very beautiful and clean and big. My family has been to the Outer Banks four years and this house has got to be the most beautiful. We also loved being right next door to the Rec. center and we loved the sidewalk that leads to the beach. Also we wanted to thank you for the beautiful dishes that we could use. Thank you for the ping pong table and foose ball table. This week was awesome even though there were a lot of us. If I ever bring my family here when I get older I’d love to stay in this house. Also, good luck in the future in people renting your house. I wish my family and I could live here.PS: I am in the 7th grade and I look forward to this house again.

Our family had a great time! This was a very special vacation that will stay with us for the rest of our lives.
