This spacious and luxurious home in the gated community of Four Seasons is an easy walk to the beach, shopping in downtown Duck and beautiful sunset views from the sound side pier. It is next door to the community recreation center with indoor pool, fitness room, tennis courts and more. A neighborhood trolley takes summer vacationers to the beach and to the town of Duck. Ah - what could be more relaxing!
The house is beautifully decorated and adjacent to direct beach access. A private pool and hot tub are provided for your enjoyment. Decks on the second and third level, front and back of house provide opportunities for secluded reading, napping and daydreaming. You will be steps away from the bicycle/jogging path, fishing across the street in the sound, and the sights and sounds of the shops and restaurants in the village of Duck.
Level one (lowest level) : Bedroom #1 with bunk set, duo bunk, private bathroom. Bedroom #2 with bunk set, duo bunk. Hall bathroom, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ice machine, full-size ping pong table, foosball table, den area with queen sleeper, loveseat and TV, access to pool and hot tub, laundry room with two washers and two dryers.
Level two (mid level): Bedroom #3 with king bed, Jacuzzi tub, deck access. Bedrooms #4 and #5 each have a queen bed, private bath, deck access. Bedroom #6 with queen bed, private access to hall bath, deck access. Bedroom #7 queen bed. Hall bath.
Level three (top level): Bedroom #8 with king bed, luxury bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Access to deck. Great room with fireplace, TV, sound system, access to deck. Dining room with access to front deck and rear deck, spacious kitchen with two ovens, two dishwashers and two microwaves, half bath.

We had a wonderful time celebrating the holiday together. 19 people for dinner, and plenty of room for all. The weather was great (except for rain one night) and we found that the house was perfect for our needs. The older kids liked having a private space on the first floor, and the adults enjoyed having their own rooms and baths. This was a great place for our reunion.

We went to the beach and saw a couple of dolphins. We picked some seashells. We also went to the 100 year anniversary of flight at Kitty Hawk. We had a fun early Christmas. Rained but I loved going to the indoor swimming pool. Matthew, Zachary, Rachel, Grace, Patrick (ages 7, 6, 9, 10, 4)

We had a wonderful week [11th year in Duck] and were very glad we had a pool since the heat index was 108 a couple days. We celebrated a 16th wedding anniversary and a 70th birthday. We all loved the trolley. Hopefully next year we won’t have to worry about the construction vehicles. We are looking forward to next year. Thank you.

The “Duck Grays” had a wonderful week. The enjoyed all of 4 Seasons facilities and thought that “beach House on the Moon” was superb! Do try the Recreation Center: the water is warm and relaxing. The gym equipment is wonderful and kept us on our training program while away from home. It helped to relieve the guilt from the calories of good eating and cocktail hour (or hours). The Mechanicsville Duck Grays has played together in Duck for 17 consecutive years. By far this has been the best place yet! A lovelyacation home. [Hurricane] Gustave didn’t dampen our spirits too much – glad he was just a tropical storm. The steak and crab combo at Collington Café was great. And the Roadhouse salad at the Roadhouse Café was sumptuous. We will be back soon.
