Why the Owner Chose Isla del Sol
We bought the condo together in 2006 because we loved not only the Isla del Sol area, but Vista Verde West in particular. The majestic palms are so impressive, and the grounds are immaculate. We appreciated the security for our property if it were not occupied as well as being able to know that our guests would be safe as well. We love the quiet the complex offers, but having the convenience of shopping and activity within a short drive is wonderful. Sunrises are seen from the patio and sunsets just a 5 min drive in the evening. The option of taking a slower coastal drive or the highway within minutes is appealing. We believe this location has everything to offer those on the go and those wanting to slow down and refresh or any combination of the two.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
From early morning dolphin watches, water sports, endless outdoor recreation, to afternoon poolside naps, sightseeing and shopping, this area has it all. Back at the condo the 51" screen TV in the living area with 100 HD channels is amazing when it's time to wind down in the evening or on a rare rainy or cool day. Coming from a work environment where people's needs and life situations are often pressing and challenging we appreciate the peace and tranquility the Vista Verde West complex provides. Watching the golfers hit their second shots from the fairway trying to make it on the green surrounded by water at times is entertaining. The grass in the complex is lush, thick, and green, and the landscape beautiful with flowers and well trimmed hedges. The walking path all throughout the complex is so convenient. One of my favorite things is just a 2 min walk across the parking lot. Benches are provided next to the waterway to watch the boats coming and going; some so big the draw bridge has to be lifted to allow them to pass! And the beautiful sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico are breathtaking!!

Owner's Map of Isla del Sol
Ross, Carolyn and I (Deanne) live in Michigan and attend the same church where Ross and I are on staff as pastors. Carolyn keeps the books for a local roofing company as well as loving being a mom to the last of their 4 children yet at home. Ross oversees Gilead Healing Center which provides a wholistic approach to caring for the spirit, soul, and body. I oversee part of our church education department helping people grow in their relationship with God. We all love the warm weather, especially when it gets cold in Michigan!

This is truly one of the most beautiful condos I have ever visited: peaceful, sunny, private, with professionally groomed grounds. My husband loved the 51" flat screen, leather furniture, and hardwood floors. Everything is first class. Small private beach, but great pool and whirlpool! We have scheduled our next visit. The condo was so neat and clean. I felt right at home immediately. The breakfast nook is so cozy and the family area so relaxing. Loved the big screen TV!! So close to the Gulf coast and to the highway; only 5 minutes in either direction! Location was perfect. Didn't want to leave and look forward to returning already!!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.
