Welcome to our beautiful home! Our townhouse is located in the town of Crested Butte within walking distance of everything you will need to spend a long weekend or an entire summer! There are so many activities year round - from relaxing on our spacious deck to downhill skiing! The unit is centrally located - the heart of downtown is a quick 5 minute walk away or a 3 minute shuttle ride to the ski slopes. The school playground is just across the street and the main park is right around the corner. Want to shop or go out to eat? Just walk acoss the main street and you are in the middle of the action in town! You cannot find a better place to spend your time!!
The unit has hardwood floors, a gas fireplace and in-floor radiant heat. The two bedrooms sleep 6 total with an additional double bed in the loft (that's 8 people in new beds - no pullout sofa!!) There are 2 full baths and a kitchen set up for gourmet cooking (the kitchen has anything and everything you need!!) The balcony has beautiful views with a gas and charcoal BBQ with seating for 6 - perfect for relaxing!
The unit has a full size washer/dryer with lots of extra linens. There is satellite TV in the master and family room. The master and guest room each have a TV with DVD/VCR! The loft has a TV that can be hooked up to a travel or regular DVD player! Plug in and enjoy! The unit is stocked with kid VCR movies and games so no need to rent! Family friendly!!
