We stayed at this property (Kissimmee/Peppermill) the first week of October and had a wonderful experience. The home was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were the most comfortable! The kids used the pool EVERY day and fished at the lake. Michelle was helpful and we loved the lock box at the house to get the key. This made it easy after a long travel (from Pennsylvania/took train from Lorton, VA) we did not have to pick up the key at a rental agency. We went to Arabian Nights show which was 20 miles in Kissimmee and traveled to Cocoa Beach on two of the days. The beach was an hour and 20 minutes and was easy to get to from this location. There is a Publix very close, I believe about 2 miles. This was great when we first arrived and did our shopping or needed groceries during the week. We even rented movies there a couple evenings. I would book this property again if staying in the Kissimmee area.

Recommended for:Families with young children, sightseeing.

Our family of 5 stayed at this Kissimmee Property (Peppermill) for a week in June. It was a great location and we didn't mind the 30 minute drive to Disney and other attractions each day. The pool was very refreshing after a day on the go. The home was comfortable, emaculate and very welcoming (although the back door/pool alarm did get annoying, but we understood the purpose for the protection of the children). The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Thank you for making our visit so easy!!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I spent our delayed honeymoon here after marrying (late in life) the year before, when my teenage kids were with us. We selected Poinciana as being a little way out of the main tourist locations and found the short drive each day the perfect opportunity to review, revise and sometimes even totally change our plans to meet the weather and the way we felt. All the shopping / takeaways you could want nearby. The beautiful lake to look out over with a glass of wine in the evening (sometimes from by the pool – sometimes from in the pool) allowed us to wind down each night. Michelle and her team could not have been more helpful, both before we arrived and with the few queries we had.The house, which contained everything we needed throughout our stay, was immaculate when we arrived, and the maintenance men and women who came and went during our stay were friendly, polite, and very efficient.Very many thanks to all concerned.

July 14-20, 2009. We took our daughter & two grandkiddies (ages 9 & 11) for five days at DisneyWorld. What a lovely home! Everything was as portrayed in the description & the photos. It was so nice to come back to a relaxing soak in the pool after a full day with Mickey & friends. We would definitely recommend this home to other vacationers. One minor caveat ~ we found it to be a bit farther [daily] drive to DisneyWorld than we'd hoped for... however, if Disney isn't your only destination, it would be a great central starting point to see other attractions in the area. One final note, a huge 'thank you!' to Michelle at Behlor Realty. We booked this trip at the last minute & she was indispensable in helping us find our accommodations. As first time house renters we were very pleased overall with the whole experience & would definitely do it again.

March 28 - April 4, 2009 We spent Spring Break in Kissemme at this Cyress Woods House. It was very clean, met and exceeded our expectations. We are a married couple with a 14 year old. He was very excited and enjoyed the pool. The solar pool cover worked great and the pool was very comfortable after planing all day at Universal Studios. Kitch was well stocked with all the comfort of home had I wanted to cook, that did not happen once. Michelle thank you so much for all of your assistance with this rental, we will surely be in contact in the future. Thanks for our new memories.

Dec. 6-13, 2009 We are 2 retired adults, and had a wonderful time at this beautiful home; much better than staying at a motel. We were lucky enough to meet the owners upon arrival, very friendly people from the U.K. who gave us the grand tour. You could tell that they take good care of everything. The house was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with all utensils one would need, and the patio by the pool, overlooking the lake, was very enjoyable for morning breakfasts or evening relaxing (when we were home). The Christmas tree in the living room and the house lit up in lights was an added bonus for this time of the year! The neighbourhood was very quiet and safe; we enjoyed evening walks looking at all the beautiful Christmas decorations. The drive to Kissimmee/Disney was about 30 minutes (use Poiciana Blvd, then #192/I-4). Also handy for us was taking Poinciana Blvd, to #92 west, to I-4 to get to Tampa. Poinciana has plenty of stores, restaurants, etc. Reccommend the Publix for groceries, and "Slice of New York" for great pizza. All-in-all a wonderful time, and would not hesitate to go back!

We had a great time. It was very comfortable. The only disadvantage was we could sleep in because there were no housekeepers or people slamming doors or screaming kids running up and down the hallways. So we got a later start then what we would of normally. But really we got rest which a vacation is meant for. It was awesome having our own pool we could jump in even when we got home later "pool hours". This was by far way better than any hotel I have ever stayed at.

Our week long stay was absolutely wonderful. The house is very well maintained and made us feel right at home. This is not our first experience in renting a home versus a hotel, but this is the first time with our own private pool and makes a lot of difference. Everything was great and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Disney and Universal were a bit of a distance but after a while we got use to it. I would recommend it to anyone and hopefully will return very soon.

We very much enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The house was extremely clean and well-appointed. The neighbourhood is well-maintained and quiet. We were impressed by the fact that there is a local agent looking after the property, knowing any concerns could be responded to quickly. We had a wonderful experience staying at this house. The drive to Disney World takes a little over 30 minutes and the locals were very accomodating in helping us find alternative routes to and from the area. The house was VERY clean (it actually looked as though the carpets had been shampooed just before we arrived) and any problems which did occur were taken care of immediately. We had very limited time to use the pool, but it was clean and inviting. There was a gas grill as well as a George Foreman grill on which to cook out - nice touches that weren't previously mentioned. The beds were comfortable and the appliances all worked well. Having a garage in which to park was very nice, also - especially since we'd rented a convertible for our vacation. Though we were initially a little worried about the neighborhood, it turned out that there was no concern. It was actually very quite and peaceful throughout the visit. I would absolutely recommend this place to any of my friends. Coming home to a house with three bedrooms and some privacy far outweighs the convenience of an on-resort stay at Disney. Saving a ton of money makes it a given.

We had a great stay at the villa. It was very peaceful and also close to all the supermarkets and attractions. I would recommend it to anyone. It was extremely clean and well kept. Only one problem is that the stove needed updating. One of the burners didn't work and the other burner was crooked. but otherwise it was great.

Dear Sarah,we´ve spent almost 3 wonderful weeks in your villa and enjoyed it so much that we already reserved again 3 weeks in february 2007. we hope the weather will be as nice as last year,where we hadn´t even one day of rain.We enjoyed bush gardens and sea world, and there we had the opportunity to listen to a concert of that great "FOREIGNER". The villa is tidy, clean and very well equipped. The pool and deck are spacious and have a fantastic lake view. It felt like home. With trips to the Theme Parks we just didn't have enough time to enjoy the villa and pool more. I would definately recommend it to others.

Villa was perfectly clean and tidy when we arrived. We found it to be the ideal base for visiting parts of Florida that we had previously visited (Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, Disney, Kissimmee and Tampa). The villa has everything that anyone would need including a beautiful pool in very private surroundings. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Central Florida. There is a security deposit required for breakages but this was returned to us very quickly upon our return home.

Sarah, your house is marvelous! It was exactly as described and pictured on your web site. Moreover, it was what we expected and much more. Although the purpose of our visit to Kissimmee was not strictly tourism, staying at your beautiful house made our time restful and thoroughly enjoyable. And, as a bonus, the weather was perfect -- sunny and warm the whole week! We would certainly consider renting your house in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
