BEAUTIFUL BEACH HOUSE
Built to American standards, three bedroom, two full bath, TWO STORY home with a large master suite and jacuzzi tub overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Located on beautiful Isla Palo Seco. 10 minutes to Paritta, 25 minutes to Quepos, 35 minutes to Manuel Antonio. 40 minutes to Jaco.
DIRECT OCEAN FRONT NO OBSTRUCTED VIEWS. Our house is one of the few houses on Palo Seco that sits directly on the beach. The road is behind the house not in front so it is TOTALLY UNIQUE AND PRIVATE!

Four decks, two in the front of the house overlooking the ocean and two in the back overlooking the mountains and river.
The upstairs decks are great for private sunbathing. The downstairs decks are perfect for dining or just relaxing in the hammocks..
Fall asleep to the roar of the ocean and the rustling of palm trees. Awake to see the ocean from your bed, turn around and see the mountains, both views from your bed!

We just returned from two wonderful weeks at our beach home. We were thrilled to see these comments in our guest book. Everyone has been thrilled with the house and the location. Woody, our Property Manager and Walter, our caretaker have made our guests very happy! Not one person has ever been disappointed, except us, when its time to return to the cold New England weather! We wish we knew about this place sooner! The peacefulness, the weather and the good people. The tours were so much fun, horseback riding, zip lining, quad riding and especially the monkey boat tour! Wonderful weather! Wonderful waves! We so enjoyed ourselves! Woody was a tremendous point of information and assistance. So was Xavier at the Timarai for tours and info.
