This newly constructed house with 4,400 square feet was specifically designed for the multi-family vacationer. Our private property features a floor plan with six bedrooms and six bathrooms, including two grand master bedrooms on the top floor with king beds. The bottom floor offers a third master bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom; furthermore, two additional bedrooms with queen beds share a large separate bathroom. Finally, a sixth bedroom with twin beds sits adjacent to the upstairs blue grand masterbedroom--ideal for singles or attending to children.
FEATURES: The large gourmet kitchen features professional grade appliances, fine granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets and is stocked with cookware for the culinary enthusiast, while the adjoining dining area and great room showcase hardwood floors, expansive ceilings, fireplace and wide screen TV to create an all-inclusive festive setting. A large loft with wireless internet access overlooks the great room with a view of the luscious Park City mountainside. The lower level game room features a wide, HD flat screen TV with surround sound and iPod and video game ports, providing an escape for children or adult festivities. The two-car garage with ski and snowboard racks opens into a convenient ski prep room. A private back deck with hot tub and gas grill resides against the quiet countryside. Great setting for couples, families with children or professional groups looking for balance between the comforts of a luxurious modern home and the rustic nature of a mountainous retreat.
