This spacious home is located in the scenic Squaw Valley area of Tahoe. The ideal location is 1.3 miles from Squaw Valley Village where ski lifts, good restaurants, stores, and cafes are located. The home overlooks the meadow as well as the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. championship golf course at the Resort at Squaw Creek.
There are stunning views of the mountains and ski runs (KT-22, Red Dog, and Squaw Creek). Horseback riding, walking trails, and bike paths are within walking distance from the home. Downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding are just a few minutes away.
Queen of the Snows Church, PlumpJack, and Squaw Creek amenities and other event locations are close by. The home is located on a quieter street, 2 blocks above the valley, on a road that runs parallel to the main road into Squaw.
The three-story, split-level home features spacious entertaining areas, panoramic views of the valley and mountains, and a large outdoor deck area.

Our family has vacationed in Squaw Valley often and stayed at this home 3 times in the past 4 years. We have always been impressed with it's convenient location, views of slopes and meadows, bright and spacious interior, fabulously large kitchen and varied sleeping arrangements with private master retreats as well as several lofts for the kids! This time however, we really appreciated the refurbishing and careful attention to comfort and luxury. The front entrance is now "snow-protected" for easy access and the new hotel-quality mattresses and linens were an unexpected decadent treat! Great place for large family gatherings. Downstairs master suite is perfect for "Gram" who hates the stairs and the kids all love the lofts. We will definitely be returning soon.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

I stayed there with a large group, 12 adults (4 couples and 4 singles), and had a fantastic time. Everyone had enough room; the house was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. We could easily prepare meals for 12 in the kitchen. The very short drive to Squaw Valley was an added bonus.
