Why rent from a commercial vacation rental company when you can rent from us, the owners. Don't be fooled, there is a big difference. Our condo was purchased new (by us) and is lovingly furnished and maintained. Upon reserving our unit we will send you complete information about directions, dining, activities and other fun things to do in and around Palm Coast, most of which we have done ourselves or have been recommended by our other guests.
Our condo is located in Building 400 and is Unit 331. This is an end unit located on the third floor and is accessible by both stairs and an elevator. Our condo faces NE with a beautiful view of the Atlatic Ocean and 8th hole of the Hammock Beach Ocean Course. All of the pictures on our VRBO site were taken from the condo!
The unit has 2025 square feet of living space (the largest floor plan available in Cinnamon Beach). The up-scale kitchen is equipped with black granite countertops, a breakfast nook with table, a bar-high counter and all the amenities you would need to fix a gourmet meal. The kitchen opens up into the dining room and the living room which in have breathtaking views of the ocean and golf course.
Decorated in dark wood and soft beach tones and with plenty of seating, the living room is equipped with a 42-inch, HD TV and VCR/DVD player. From the living room you can step through a huge sliding glass door onto the oversized balcony to enjoy the fragrance of the seaside air and the feel of the ocean breezes.
There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in the unit along with a laundry room equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer. The master and second bedroom baths are en-suite. The master suite is furnished with a king-sized bed, 32-inch HD TV, desk and a large set of windows looking out over the ocean. The adjoining master bath has two vanities, an oversized soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, 20-inch HD TV and its own adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom also has its own bathroom and is furnished with two sets of bunk beds, a dresser and a fun nautical theme.

We visited the Palm Coast area many times on weekend trips and liked the laid-back, old-Florida feel. We felt that Cinnamon Beach had a unique residential feel with family-friendly ammenities unmatched in other condo developments. After owning for over 5-years, we still love the area and all that Palm Coast and Cinnamon Beach have to offer.

We enjoy taking walks on the beach to find shells and sea-glass, working out in the on-site gym, biking, running the many streets and jogging paths, fishing, playing on the beach, boogie boarding, going out to dinner and exploring new places.

If you're looking for a great place to get away and go to the beach, look no further. This condo is perfect for doing exactly that. We were 2 families of 4. The condo was set up perfectly for us. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and all the games that were available in the condo. We loved going to the beach and the pool and just sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean beyond as the golfers t'd off! The condo was well equipped and had all that we could need from a fully equipped kitchen to the extra towels and chairs for the beach. Only thing missing was Wi-Fi which we could get when at the pool. Great Wood Fired Pizza at Bubba & Gianni's! We look forward to returning again in the years to come!

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. Our family has been vacationing in Palm Coast for the past 5 years and your place is the best, by far! It was meticoulously clean; well organized; and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was breath-taking. The worst part of the trip was leaving. Ouch...back to reality. We could not believe how the kitchen was so well-stocked. You have a lot to be proud of. We are seriously thinking about returning same time next year. For now, your beach home is at the top of our list. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

We had an amazing stay here!! The condo is absolutely gorgeous, had everything we needed and much, much more. The resort was beautiful and the kids loved the beach. The view from the balcony was spectacular and we had many mornings enjoying our coffee there. The owners are wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend staying here. We will definately be coming back soon!

My family and I rented this condo for 10 days, and it was 10 days of paradise!! The condo had all of the amenities you could want, including plenty of toys for my 2 year old son, and 4 year old niece to play with. The beds were extemely comfortable, plenty of towels and linens, and lots of room to spread out. The view from the balcony was just perfect! We would sit out on the balcony in the afternoon while the little ones took their naps having a drink, watching the golfers play through and the waves roll in. At night you could see a million stars too! Cinnamon Beach is a beautiful, relaxing resort. The pools had plenty of chairs and the poolside cafe had great drinks and lunches. The kids play area kept the little ones busy and the ocean view quiet pool felt like paradise. The owners have so many little touches that make you feel at home. There is a binder with lots of menus and suggestions for restaurants and places to go. The furniture and decor are beautiful with a relaxed "beachy" feel. You truly feel like you are coming home each time you walk through the door. I highly recommend this rental. You will feel relaxed and refreshed by the end of your stay!

We LOVE this condo! It has truly become our summer home away from home. It is so beautifully decorated and kept so clean! The pools are fantastic and the beach is beautiful. You can't beat the view off the balcony. We plan to take many more week long trips to the Cinnamon Beach condo for years to come.... :)

My only complaint about the condo was that I was later getting to the beach each day than I wanted because I had such a hard time leaving the balcony each morning. :) When I first booked the unit, I thought I may be sacrificing a little by having to look across a golf hole to see the ocean in the distance. Boy, was I wrong. If anything, it enhanced the view. What a setting!! The unit itself was the largest and most immaculate unit I have ever stayed in. It had everything you could possibly want and more. It was also the quietest unit I have ever stayed in. We could hear absolutely no sounds from the outside. The walk to the beach is not bad and the main resort complex is well worth exploring if you can work out a deal to gain access. I had read a lot about the large rocks on the beach and how it made it difficult to play in the ocean. We found that to not be true at all. You just had to be careful and look where the rocks are at low tide and then stay out of that small area. The kids absolutely loved playing in the ocean. The whole experience was amazing and I would recommend this unit to anyone.

We stayed at Cinnamon Beach the first week of July and it was just so perfect.(family of 5) The condo is extremly spacious and comfortable, not to mention very kid friendly! My 5 yr old discovered the toy closet and was in heaven all week! The kitchen has everything imaginable. The bathroom in the master bath is more like a private spa. Our inlaws visited for a few days and at times we didn't even notice they were there as the condo is so large! The main resort is a must visit..it is beautiful and the pool complex is three levels with a water slide. We sat on the balcony and watched the golfers and the ocean...not to mention the fireworks on the 4th. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a relaxing family vacation. The pools were a quick walk and the main resort was a quick walk on the beach or a quick car ride.The owners were very helpful and quick to respond during the rental process and I much prefer to rent from an owner than through a rental agency.

We had a wonderful time. The condo is very nicely decorated and functional. There are several dining areas including a nice balcony with a high top table...great for hors devours at sunset. All the rooms are spacious and neat. There are many scenic areas through the neighborhoods for running or walks. All the facilities were excellent. Overall, a great place to stay...we will return for sure!

This summer was our second at this beautiful condo. It is a wonderful unit in an excellent complex. The unit itself is clean, modern, spacious and very well maintained, not to mention it comes with a spectacular view of the ocean and golf course. All the luxuries that you could ever want are provided for. The complex itself is top rate. The two swimming pools and childrens' splash area is only outdone by the clean and quiet beach. Walks along the beach at dusk and dawn were particularly breathtaking. Its proximity to St.Augustine, Daytona Beach, Orlando and the Kennedy Space Center make it easy to get to and easy to plan day trips from. Simply put, this is an excellent vacation property that I would recommend without hesitation. We will definitely be back for a third visit!
