Why rent from a commercial rental comany? Rent from us, the owners. Our condo was purchased new and is lovingly furnished and maintained. Upon reserving our unit (through us) we will send you complete information about directions, dining, activities and other fun things to do in and around Palm Coast, most of which we have done. We only accept week or longer rentals.

Our condo is located in Building 400 and is Unit 331. This is an end unit located on the third floor and is accessible by both stairs and an elevator. Our condo faces NE with a beautiful view of the Atlatic Ocean and 8th hole of the Hammock Beach Ocean Course. All of the pictures on our VRBO site were taken from the condo!

The unit has 2025 square feet of living space. The up-scale kitchen is equipped with black granite countertops, a breakfast nook with table, a bar-high counter and all the amenities you would need to fix a gourmet meal. The kitchen opens up into the dining room and the living room which in have breathtaking views of the ocean and golf course.

Decorated in dark wood and soft beach tones and with plenty of seating, the living room is equipped with a 42-inch, high-definition LCD TV and VCR/DVD player. From the living room you can step through a huge sliding glass door onto the oversized balcony to enjoy the fragrance of the seaside air and the feel of the ocean breezes.

There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in the unit along with a laundry room equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer. The master and second bedroom baths are en-suite. The master suite is furnished with a king-sized bed, 32-inch LCD TV, desk and a large set of windows looking out over the ocean. The adjoining master bath has two vanities, an oversized soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, 20-inch LCD and its own adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom also has its own bathroom and is furnished with two sets of bunk beds, a dresser and a fun nautical theme.

Within the complex there are two Cinnamon Beach clubhouses. The lakeside clubhouse boasts a beach entry-style heated pool, a kids splash zone, a fitness center, a teen room complete with foosball and air hockey, an entertainment room with a big screen TV and billiards and the Cinnamon Beach Grille. The oceanside pool complex has a large heated lap pool right next to the ocean, a viewing terrace overlooking the ocean and chairs and umbrellas for the beach-goer.

Along with the miles of beach to walk, the ocean and pools for swimming and the miles of bike paths to bike around Cinnamon Beach, there is even more to do. There are over six golf courses in and around the area, Marineland, Washington Oaks Park, Fort Mantanzas, the Old Town of St. Augustine and World Golf Villages. In addition you have all the exciting things that both Jacksonville and Daytona have to offer.

  • This summer was our second at this beautiful condo. It is a wonderful unit in an excellent complex. The unit itself is clean, modern, spacious and very well maintained, not to mention it comes with a spectacular view of the ocean and golf course. All the luxuries that you could ever want are provided for. The complex itself is top rate. The two swimming pools and childrens' splash area is only outdone by the clean and quiet beach. Walks along the beach at dusk and dawn were particularly breathtaking. Its proximity to St.Augustine, Daytona Beach, Orlando and the Kennedy Space Center make it easy to get to and easy to plan day trips from. Simply put, this is an excellent vacation property that I would recommend without hesitation. We will definitely be back for a third visit!

  • We recently stayed here with the whole family. The bunk room was great for our four kids and the condo was in tip-top shape. The furnishings were top quality and the kitchen was the most well equipped we've ever seen in a home (especially a vacation rental). By far, the unit was the cleanest we've ever seen -- and we are pretty particular!! :) The view of the Atlantic was great and we all loved the two pools (family & oceanfront). The resort was secluded and private, yet a short distance from Publix and other shopping. Thanks for a great visit! We'll definitely be back. John C. & Family Louisville, KY

  • Our daughter and grandchildren were visiting from Denver and we decided to stay at the beach for a week and luckily found this beautiful condo! It was the perfect place to stay with our two 3 yr. old granddaughters...the condo itself was stocked with games, video's, sippy cups, pac n' play etc. which made it the perfect place for small children to stay. The condo itself is beautiful with comfortable beds in every room. Since my husband loves to cook we ate in most nights and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking if you wish. The area is beautiful with the cinnamon colored beach,and the family pool with its kids splash area was very fun for the girls-they loved it! The owners were a pleasure to work with and so we highly recommend this lovely condo especially if you have children...we hope to return next year for sure!

  • WOW!! Thank you, thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. My family recently celebrated a special occasion and we needed two condos to accommodate our large group. Yours is the condo I would love to return to time and time again, so beautifully decorated and homey. All the extra little touches that you provided made us feel as though we were in a five star hotel, from the plush towels to the well equipped kitchen. (We actually did cook in a few times, although we also found several fun restaurants in the area.) And I couldn't believe the size of the master bathroom. It was heavenly! (By the way, thanks for the soaps and shampoos you provided. We had to go buy some for use in the second condo we rented.) But probably my favorite thing about your condo was the balcony. I'm not a golfer, but the view of the 8th hole of the course was beautiful, with the ocean just beyond it. I loved sitting out on the balcony watching the occasional boat go by and listening to the sounds of the ocean. The kids loved the family swimming pool, especially the splash section. All in all, it was a wonderful, memorable stay, and we will definitely be back.
