  We spent a week in this unit and cannot say enough positive things about it. This is hands down the best rental property we have ever stayed in. The pictures do no justice...the condo is very luxurious, large, and fully stocked. There is nothing that we needed that was not provided and I would recommend this condo without any hesitation. Quiet community, beautiful beach, great pools, beds were SO comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and more, and mornings on the patio were refreshing & beautiful. Only a short walk to the beach and they even had chairs for us! It is also only a short walk to the pools, and they are both wonderful. We had an amazing sunset over the lake one evening while we were at the "kids" pool. Drive to St. Augustine only 30 minutes - easy drive on A1A! You will not be dissapointed here.

  The condo is better than the pictures! We had a wonderful time...so relaxing. The condo community itself is quiet and well maintained. The beach is one of the best in Florida...not overcrowded. My little one loved the pools. Watching the golfers play was also cool! You will not be disappointed!

  We had plans to go on vacation with some family friends and after the rental plans for another condo fell through we stumbled upon this place. The condo was exactly what we were hoping for and perfect for our families. Our children loved having "sleepovers" together in the bunk bed room. The condo itself was clean and well taken care of. There is a community pool (a little bit of a walk but worth it) for children with a zero-entry pool, a kiddie pool and a splash area. The owner was easy to work with and the entire rental process was smooth. The only negative was that the sand, both in and out of the water, was covered with crushed shell pieces which is why it is called Cinnamon Beach (the shells are light brown). But if you are planning to come to the area, consider renting this condo. It is really nice and we would definately stay here again.

  Property very comfortable for a family. Everyone found a special place. Views gorgeous. Kitchen great for cooking if you so desire.. We were four adults , two teens and two children ages 7 & 8.

  If you're looking for a great place to get away and go to the beach, look no further. This condo is perfect for doing exactly that. We were 2 families of 4. The condo was set up perfectly for us. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and all the games that were available in the condo. We loved going to the beach and the pool and just sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean beyond as the golfers t'd off! The condo was well equipped and had all that we could need from a fully equipped kitchen to the extra towels and chairs for the beach. Only thing missing was Wi-Fi which we could get when at the pool. Great Wood Fired Pizza at Bubba & Gianni's! We look forward to returning again in the years to come!

  We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. Our family has been vacationing in Palm Coast for the past 5 years and your place is the best, by far! It was meticoulously clean; well organized; and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was breath-taking. The worst part of the trip was leaving. Ouch...back to reality. We could not believe how the kitchen was so well-stocked. You have a lot to be proud of. We are seriously thinking about returning same time next year. For now, your beach home is at the top of our list. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

  My family and I rented this condo for 10 days, and it was 10 days of paradise!! The condo had all of the amenities you could want, including plenty of toys for my 2 year old son, and 4 year old niece to play with. The beds were extemely comfortable, plenty of towels and linens, and lots of room to spread out. The view from the balcony was just perfect! We would sit out on the balcony in the afternoon while the little ones took their naps having a drink, watching the golfers play through and the waves roll in. At night you could see a million stars too! Cinnamon Beach is a beautiful, relaxing resort. The pools had plenty of chairs and the poolside cafe had great drinks and lunches. The kids play area kept the little ones busy and the ocean view quiet pool felt like paradise. The owners have so many little touches that make you feel at home. There is a binder with lots of menus and suggestions for restaurants and places to go. The furniture and decor are beautiful with a relaxed "beachy" feel. You truly feel like you are coming home each time you walk through the door. I highly recommend this rental. You will feel relaxed and refreshed by the end of your stay!

  We had an amazing stay here!! The condo is absolutely gorgeous, had everything we needed and much, much more. The resort was beautiful and the kids loved the beach. The view from the balcony was spectacular and we had many mornings enjoying our coffee there. The owners are wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend staying here. We will definately be coming back soon!

  We LOVE this condo! It has truly become our summer home away from home. It is so beautifully decorated and kept so clean! The pools are fantastic and the beach is beautiful. You can't beat the view off the balcony. We plan to take many more week long trips to the Cinnamon Beach condo for years to come.... :)

  My only complaint about the condo was that I was later getting to the beach each day than I wanted because I had such a hard time leaving the balcony each morning. :) When I first booked the unit, I thought I may be sacrificing a little by having to look across a golf hole to see the ocean in the distance. Boy, was I wrong. If anything, it enhanced the view. What a setting!! The unit itself was the largest and most immaculate unit I have ever stayed in. It had everything you could possibly want and more. It was also the quietest unit I have ever stayed in. We could hear absolutely no sounds from the outside. The walk to the beach is not bad and the main resort complex is well worth exploring if you can work out a deal to gain access. I had read a lot about the large rocks on the beach and how it made it difficult to play in the ocean. We found that to not be true at all. You just had to be careful and look where the rocks are at low tide and then stay out of that small area. The kids absolutely loved playing in the ocean. The whole experience was amazing and I would recommend this unit to anyone.

  We stayed at Cinnamon Beach the first week of July and it was just so perfect.(family of 5) The condo is extremly spacious and comfortable, not to mention very kid friendly! My 5 yr old discovered the toy closet and was in heaven all week! The kitchen has everything imaginable. The bathroom in the master bath is more like a private spa. Our inlaws visited for a few days and at times we didn't even notice they were there as the condo is so large! The main resort is a must visit..it is beautiful and the pool complex is three levels with a water slide. We sat on the balcony and watched the golfers and the ocean...not to mention the fireworks on the 4th. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a relaxing family vacation. The pools were a quick walk and the main resort was a quick walk on the beach or a quick car ride.The owners were very helpful and quick to respond during the rental process and I much prefer to rent from an owner than through a rental agency.

  This summer was our second at this beautiful condo. It is a wonderful unit in an excellent complex. The unit itself is clean, modern, spacious and very well maintained, not to mention it comes with a spectacular view of the ocean and golf course. All the luxuries that you could ever want are provided for. The complex itself is top rate. The two swimming pools and childrens' splash area is only outdone by the clean and quiet beach. Walks along the beach at dusk and dawn were particularly breathtaking. Its proximity to St.Augustine, Daytona Beach, Orlando and the Kennedy Space Center make it easy to get to and easy to plan day trips from. Simply put, this is an excellent vacation property that I would recommend without hesitation. We will definitely be back for a third visit!

  We recently stayed here with the whole family. The bunk room was great for our four kids and the condo was in tip-top shape. The furnishings were top quality and the kitchen was the most well equipped we've ever seen in a home (especially a vacation rental). By far, the unit was the cleanest we've ever seen -- and we are pretty particular!! :) The view of the Atlantic was great and we all loved the two pools (family & oceanfront). The resort was secluded and private, yet a short distance from Publix and other shopping. Thanks for a great visit! We'll definitely be back. John C. & Family Louisville, KY

  We had a wonderful time. The condo is very nicely decorated and functional. There are several dining areas including a nice balcony with a high top table...great for hors devours at sunset. All the rooms are spacious and neat. There are many scenic areas through the neighborhoods for running or walks. All the facilities were excellent. Overall, a great place to stay...we will return for sure!

  Our daughter and grandchildren were visiting from Denver and we decided to stay at the beach for a week and luckily found this beautiful condo! It was the perfect place to stay with our two 3 yr. old granddaughters...the condo itself was stocked with games, video's, sippy cups, pac n' play etc. which made it the perfect place for small children to stay. The condo itself is beautiful with comfortable beds in every room. Since my husband loves to cook we ate in most nights and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking if you wish. The area is beautiful with the cinnamon colored beach,and the family pool with its kids splash area was very fun for the girls-they loved it! The owners were a pleasure to work with and so we highly recommend this lovely condo especially if you have children...we hope to return next year for sure!

  WOW!! Thank you, thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. My family recently celebrated a special occasion and we needed two condos to accommodate our large group. Yours is the condo I would love to return to time and time again, so beautifully decorated and homey. All the extra little touches that you provided made us feel as though we were in a five star hotel, from the plush towels to the well equipped kitchen. (We actually did cook in a few times, although we also found several fun restaurants in the area.) And I couldn't believe the size of the master bathroom. It was heavenly! (By the way, thanks for the soaps and shampoos you provided. We had to go buy some for use in the second condo we rented.) But probably my favorite thing about your condo was the balcony. I'm not a golfer, but the view of the 8th hole of the course was beautiful, with the ocean just beyond it. I loved sitting out on the balcony watching the occasional boat go by and listening to the sounds of the ocean. The kids loved the family swimming pool, especially the splash section. All in all, it was a wonderful, memorable stay, and we will definitely be back.
