Here you will find detailed information regarding our property in the Fairway Villas Condominium Complex at the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii. This lavishly appointed and decorated unit is two bedrooms, two full baths, second floor, golf course condominium that is located on the sixth fairway of "The Beach" Golf Course facing the Beautiful North Kohala Coastal Mountains.
Our condominium is located adjacent to the 'Anaeho'omalu Bay and the Pacific Ocean on the majestic North Kohala Coast. It is also in close proximity to the newly renovated Marriott Resort Hotel with the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel and their World Class Spa just a few short minutes walk from our condo. Located across the Lake at Fairway Villas is the beautiful King’s Shop Shopping Center at the Waikoloa Beach. The Kings' Shops provide the largest shopping and dining experiences on the North Kohala Coast.
Our larger two bedrooms, two bath, unit can sleep up to six people comfortably. This unit features a king-size bed in the master suite’, two full-size singles in the guest suite’, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Other featured items include Climate controlled Air-Conditioning, a Beautiful white sand beach nearby, Ceiling fans for natural ventilation, 36-holes of championship golf (at The Beach Course and The King’s Course), Beautiful tropical décor, cable color televisions with DVD players, a complete kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a large soaking tub in master suite, a washer and dryer in the unit, a comfortable quite Lanai for enjoying private dining or just watching the glorious sunsets. Plus daily maid service is available upon request (Optional Charge).
This gated community also has a beautiful entertainment esplanade that features an infinity edged swimming pool with an elevated lava rock spa, a poolside picnic, and dining area with multiple gas barbecue grills plus a fully-equipped exercise center.
The Fairway Villas are located just a short 20 minute drive north of the Kona International Airport and the resort town of Kona. Our condo is located the newly renovated Marriott Resort Hotel with the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel and World Class Spa just a few short minutes walk from our condo.
Featured activities include walking tours through the Ancient Hawaiian Petrogliphs (next to our condominium), biking (the Big Island is the home of the Ironman triathlon), golf, and tennis is available (at the Marriott and Hilton Hotels), a complete fitness center, sport fishing, horseback riding at the nearby Parker Ranch, shopping, restaurants, cinemas (open air at King’s shopping center), sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling and diving, boating, sailing, water-skiing, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing, helicopter tours, and the Volcanoes National Park is an absolute must see.
