The condo was fabulous! It was very clean. I never saw any bugs inside. We had plenty of supplies, such as paper towel, toilet paper, clean dishes and reverse osmosis water supply. We spent a lot of time on the lanai. The pool and hot tub was clean and quiet. I thought we got a wonderful place that was worth our money. Last but not least, Linda the property manager was very helpful with answering all my questions. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much Bill! Maholo

My husband and 13 year old daughter stayed at Bill's condo for a week. It was perfectly situated on the island with easy access to Kona, Hapuna Beach (an absolute must-see), golfing, snorkeling, shopping, restaurants, everything you want on a Hawaiian vacation. The condo is well-equipped and excellent for a family. Lots of space, great lanai. Lots of extras like boards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs - all much appreciated. Great spot - we would go back in a heartbeat.

We loved this place! Used it as our base for visiting all of the big island,but you'd be happy staying put too.This condo is beautiful and really has everything you need.Really nice master bedroom and bath.Enjoyed the mountain and golf course views while breakfasting on the patio.Beautiful beach a few minutes walk away.Saw lots of giant turtles.Shops and restaurants nearby were a bonus.Complex was immaculately maintained. Really super,relaxing holiday.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 1 week to enjoy the beach, golf, and relaxation. We had a wonderful experience. We really appreciated the discounted golf, the easy location to stores/beaches, and the condo itself was very comfortable and CLEAN! Bill was easy to work with and always promptly answered my e-mails. We will definitely return again!

My husband and I just returned from staying in this lovely condo. Bill was absolute fabulous to work with, so helpful and friendly. The condo was superb as well. It had all the comforts of home along with a beautiful view and easy access to Hawaiian Beaches. The condo was perfectly located on the island, making it easier to enjoy activities in Kona and Hilo. We enjoyed the BBQ area and lounging by the pool. I would highly recommend this place to any of my family and friends.

My husband and I stayed at this spacious condo and enjoyed the lovely view of the golf course, the large and well-stocked kitchen, the convenience of cooking our own meals and pack lunches and the modern and beautiful rooms. The amenities go the extra mile: the reverse osmosis water system, the beach chairs and boogie boards and the golf discount. It's so nice to be able to walk to the Kings' and Queens' shops and to "A" Bay. The pool and hot tub are very nice as well. We really enjoyed staying here and will not hesitate to come again. We don't hesitate to recommend this condo and will tell our friends about it. Thanks very much, Bill.

Bill was very nice and easy to work with. He answered every question promptly. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the condo because the interior was more beautiful than what shows on the website. The condo was very clean and was well equipped. We enjoyed having our meals in the lanai. We enjoyed the short walk to the shops and also enjoyed the walk to the Marriott and the Hilton. The exercise room, the bar-b-q area, and the pool are just a few feet away from the condo. This is my 4th trip to the Big Island and this is the first time I went to see the petroglyphs since it is right by the condo. His property manager, Linda, was also very nice. Our flight was at night so after checking with Bill, Linda allowed us to check out later than the required time. Overall, the property is beautiful and my family would like to stay at Bill's condo again in the future.

My husband and I stayed in some condos in Maui and Oahu, last December and January. Now we found out that we should go back to Bill-san's condo. His condo is not only convenient, clean, nice view and quiet but also good discount of green fees. But the best thing for us is Bill-san's warm supports and assistances. Very sorry that we did not write a comment immediately after our stay but we really feel we should stay at your condo every time when we visit in Hawaii. Your condo is the best!, especially for golfers.

My husband and I just spent 8 nights in this wonderful condo with 2 of our grandchildren. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was perfect and the amenities were many. It was very relaxing and the owner was quite gracious in allowing us occupancy a couple of hours early to refrigerate groceries on the first day. It is convenient to everything you might need and was fully stocked with beach towels and beach chairs. We have been to Hawaii (4 islands) 10-15 times in the past 30 years and have stayed in rented condos the majority of those trips. This was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. We loved our experience here and would go back in a heartbeat.

As editor of an online travel guide who travels a lot I am very picky when it comes to any accommodation. It is of great importance to me that I am staying in a clean, quiet and welcoming lodging making me feel at home. And what should I say I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived in Bill’s condo. The 2 Bdr unit has a lovely Hawaiian-styled interior is well equipped (kitchen and beach items) and offers enough space for 4 people. The patio faces the first hole of Waikoloa Beach Course and it is fun watching the players during breakfast. If you are golf enthusiasts as well you shouldn’t hesitate to take advantage of Bill’s golf discount, which turns out to be a bargain. As mentioned in the previous reviews the community is in walking distance to the Kings’ Shops and the Queens’ MarketPlace both smaller open-air shopping malls with small grocery stores, boutiques, and restaurants. If you are planning to explore the island Waikoloa is a great starting point for going to Mauna Kea, the West and North Shore. Furthermore the area is surrounded by cooled-off lava flows including some petroglyphs that are located behind the green straight ahead from the patio. If you are a beach lover you will find 'Anaeho'omalu Bay one of the most beautiful beaches on Big Island just a 5 minute walk away. I would definitely recommend Bill’s condo for your Big Island stay if you are looking for a relaxed, upscale vacation off the hotel monstrosities’ hustle and bustle but still close enough to everything.

My husband and I say this is the best condo we have stayed at in all of Hawaii. We visit every year and rotate our stay to the islands of Hawaii/Kauai/Oahu. This condo is by far the best. It is close to all the best beaches. It is well appointed and clean. The kitchen had everything you could want for cooking. We eat in alot so this was perfect. There were beach chairs ( the good ones) and an umbrella. I just took golf lessons so our next trip we will take Bill up on his golf duscounts. We loved being able to walk to several good restuarants. Bill the owner was very helpful and wanted to make sure we were happy. He followed through the transaction and then followed up. We still stay in touch and are planning our next trip. Thanks Bill for everything.

We have visited the Big Island many times and can honestly say that this is one of the loveliest properties we've stayed at. It is peaceful and in an ideal location within the Waikoloa Beach area, being within great proximity to shopping, a beautiful beach and with easy exit to explore the rest of the island. The unit is very comfortable and well taken care of - a wonderful place to come home to after a long day of enjoying the many wonders of the Big Island. The pool and BBQ areas are nearby and the lanai offers beautiful sun rises over the golf course The owner was easy to work with, communicated promptly and made the process uncomplicated. We will definitely return and can recommend this home to others without hesitation. Mahalo!

We just returned from our Hawaiian vacation and I have to say that this Fairway Villas vacation rental is the way to go! It is a beautiful condo, very clean, very comfortable, and a lot more spacious than we anticipated. The unit is convenient to the pool and the BBQ area, both of which we used a lot. The kitchen was well furnished for cooking, as well, with up to date appliances and lovely granite counters. We enjoyed both of the resort golf courses and the price discount was amazing! The owner is wonderful to work with, quick responses to questions, and lives up to his side of the deal very well. This was our first time renting from Bill and we plan on renting here again and again. We highly recommend this condo rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the big island! Waikoloa Resort has so many nice amenities for vacationers. We especially enjoyed watching the dolphins at the Hilton Hotel, seeing many turtles at A Bay, and taking a snorkeling excursion from the A Bay beach, which turned out to be a fabulous whale watch also.

We stayed in this condo for 2 months, and were very much at home here. The condo was comfortable, clean and well equiped with everything need to cook or go to the beach. Fairway Villas is quiet & peaceful with beautiful grounds and a wonderful pool area. The BBQ area is a great place to meet new friends and discover new activities and attractions. The King & Queen Shops were a short 5 minute walk away with many good restaurants, a large variety of shops & even a Farmers Market with fresh fruit and vegtables. We enjoyed golfing at the King and Beach courses, and were glad to have a golf package with our rental. Just a short drive away were many of the Island's best beaches and golf courses. Bill was easy to deal with, and quite accomodating, any of our concern's were dealt with promptly and efficiently, we will be recommeding this property to our freinds and relatives, and hope to return next year.

We just enjoyed a wonderful week at this Fairway Villa Condo. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance to the Waikoloa King and Queen's shopping malls and A-Beach. Because it's not situated on the main road, there is no car traffic and is very quiet, with the lanai overlooking the 1st green of the Waikoloa Beach course. The grounds are very well maintained with the inifinity pool and bbq areas practically outside the door. The condo was very clean and well maintained, seemed to be almost recently remodeled (?), and well appointed. For golfers, the perk of having discount green fees at the two Waikoloa courses is an unbelievable bargain! We enjoy playing golf on the islands and the Beach and Kings courses are great. Bill, the owner, was very easy to work with and communication was prompt and informative. We plan on returning next year....Mae and Steven

Unit # 80990 is everthing and more than the discription given! Unit has a beautiful lanai right on 1st hole and master bedroom is appointed beautifully as is the rest of the home. We stayed here for seven nights. The condo was very clean, modern and spacious, and it felt like coming home after a long day at the beach or touring the island. It was well stocked with all of the necessities, including beach chairs. The views of the mountains and golf course from the lanai were very nice. The complex is beautiful and peaceful. The location is fantastic, as you are a VERY short drive/walk to all of the amenities of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Bill, the owner, was very easy to do business with. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family, and plan to stay here again.

We had the pleasure of staying here, although it was for only 3 short nights. We previously stayed in a different condo (different owner) for the first 10 nights, in the same complex. I wish we would have stayed at this condo the whole time. It was very clean, well stocked (kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, towels), comfortable tropical furniture and decor. It was a real pleasure to walk into the unit. It was within walking distance to the King Shops and Queen Marketplace. We walked to the Waikoloa Bowl for the fantastic fireworks on the 4th. It was our 3rd visit to the Big Island. We had a great time and it was very hard to leave Hawaii. Bill was very easy to work with for our short notice stay. I would definately stay in this condo again and would highly recommend it!

We stayed at this condo for one month this spring—and did not want to leave. The property is gorgeous and it is the most convenient condo to stay in—walking distance to Starbucks, shops and restaurants. The condo has a beautiful view of the volcanoes, and is the most peaceful location. No road, pool or any noise. The beds and furniture are very comfortable for a one month stay. The kitchen is well stocked; we BBQed most every night. Owners were very nice to deal with. Highly recommend this condo.
