Three bedroom, first-floor apartment... Easy access with two steps into the unit. Excellent for business or vacation - perfect for a family vacation.
Owner will rent as a one bedroom, a two bedroom or a three bedroom. Prices vary depending on the number of bedrooms and the season you reserve. You still have sole use of the apartment even if you rent only as a one bedroom!
Each of the Apartments sleep 6 adults comfortably. Other sleeping accommodations can be made, with notice and additional charge. We have side by side identical floor plans -so if you have a large party, you might consider renting this apartment as a three bedroom and then arrange to rent the next door apartment with as many additional bedrooms as necessary.
The apartment is located in a very central area - near by major intersections are Minnesota/Northern Lights; Minnesota/Arctic - close to grocery stores, service stations, restaurants and coffee houses/bookstores.
Parking on premises. Quiet, spacious, with full amenities. Grocery delivery can be arranged as well as maid service at reasonable rates.

OR ...we have two 3 bedroom apartments side by side ...if you book both units for the same time frame and number of bedrooms, discounts on the entire stay will be made! One Unit has three double/Queen size beds in each bedroom. The other unit has two double/Queen size beds and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. This unit's sofas can be slept on but are not regular pull/out sofa beds.
Though the floor plans are identical, one apartment does not have a stereo.
NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We require a Cleaning Fee based on the number of bedrooms used and a $500 security deposit which is refundable after deductions made for bank fees and damage and/or excessive cleaning and any early check-in or late checkout fees, or special requests made by clients.
$750 Security Deposit required for long term stays. Cleaning deposit is increased to $200.00 for long term stays and/or larger groups staying in the apartment.
Full payment must be made 90 days before arrival time unless special pricing/discount has been made for early payments where full payment is required at the time of booking.

- No Pets Allowed: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. Any sign of pets being in the unit will cause forfiting your security deposit.
