Three bedroom, first-floor apartment with private entrance... Easy access with two steps into the unit. Excellent for business or vacation - perfect for a family vacation.
Owner will rent as a one bedroom, a two bedroom or a three bedroom. Prices vary depending on the number of bedrooms, occupancy and the season you reserve.
Though the apartments are three bedrooms each - if you need only one bedroom, I will simply lock the doors on the other two bedrooms - giving you full and sole use of the apartment...with the number of bedrooms you need for your family or group.

Each of the Apartments sleep 6 adults comfortably but it is possible to accomodate 8 persons with the addition of rollaways or use of the sofa*. Other sleeping accommodations can be made, with notice and additional charge.
We have side by side identical floor plans -so if you have a large party, you might consider renting this apartment as a three bedroom and then arrange to rent the next door apartment with as many additional bedrooms as necessary.
The apartment is located in a very central, residential area - one of Anchorage's original and eclectic neighborhoods - where you will find BMW's parked next to pickup trucks...where you might see a moose meandering down the street or a Bald Eagle perched on the tall pines... original log cabins....only 10 minutes to either the Ted Stevens Airport/Lake Hood or Downtown Anchorage...near by major intersections are Minnesota/Northern Lights; Minnesota/Arctic - close to grocery stores, service stations, restaurants and coffee houses/bookstores.
Parking on premises.
Grocery delivery can be arranged as well as additional housekeeping services at reasonable rates.
NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We require a House-keepinging Fee based on the number of bedrooms/occupancy and a Refundable Security Deposit.
Full payment must be made 90 days before arrival time unless special pricing/discount has been made for early payments where full payment is required at the time of booking.

My company rented this unit for a 3 person startup crew in Anchorage for the months of June and July. This was an excellent experience. I cannot say enough about our gracious host, she was a wealth of local information and went to great lengths to make sure we felt at home and had everything we needed. The apartment was in great shape and was well decorated and equipped. There were some really nice touches like high quality bed linens, cook wear, etc. We cooked a lot of meals at the apartment so having the full kitchen was a real plus. The pricing is very reasonable, especially considering rates at other extended stay lodging in Anchorage during the Summer. The apartment is conveniently located and close to a grocery and some great local restaurants. If I ever head back to Anchorage for work or pleasure, this will be my first pick! A top notch stay!
