This beautiful new home in Colonial Country Club offers peace and privacy on an end lot surrounded on two sides by water. Yet it is only a walk across the street to the clubhouse, championship golf, fitness center, and tennis courts. Colonial Country Club is a beautiful new, gated golfing community (one of the few that have golf included), just off I-75 with easy access to all that Southwest Florida offers. Approximately ten miles from Fort Myers International Airport, it offers easy access to all major area beaches including Fort Myers Beach, Captiva, and Sanibel Island.
This home, completed in December of 2005, is an open two-bedroom, two-bath villa home, which includes a den and a two-car garage. This spacious floorplan has a lovely kitchen and breakfast nook with a vaulted ceiling. The large master suite also features a vaulted ceiling with a walk-out to the spacious, covered lanai with a private heated, screened-in pool, and hot tub.
The home has been tastefully decorated with all new furnishings to provide a warm and inviting ambience in which to relax or entertain. To make your stay an enjoyable one, it has been fully outfitted. Cable TV/DVD player in both the armoire in the great room and in the master bedroom provide indoor entertainment. You have your choice of eating in the elegant dining area, in the comfortable breakfast nook off of the kitchen, at the countertop with barstools, or relaxing on the lanai at the patio set by the lighted swimming pool. Extra-deep, ultra-plush pillow top mattresses provide a luxurious night's sleep.
All new linens, towels, dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans make it move-in ready. The kitchen is fully-equipped along with brand-new appliances: large refrigerator with automatic ice-maker, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker, toaster, washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Just bring your suitcase!
Colonial Country Club (CCC) and the surrounding area offer you as much activity or as much relaxation as you choose. The Club's main feature is the beautiful 18-hole Troon-built golf course, aqua range, and putting greens. Very few communities have golf included, but at CCC, golf for a one time transfer fee of $212 and then golf for just a $32 cart fee. That is super cheap, even if you just golf a little. CCC also has ten tennis courts, eight of which are lighted and feature Har Tru surfaces, available for your enjoyment. Two private community and clubhouse pools are also available for your use. The large fitness center boasts all new, state-of-the-art equipment. A beautiful dining room and grill area provide comfortable eating areas at the main Clubhouse. Walk home and enjoy relaxing on the lanai by the pool, or in your own private hot tub. The surrounding area offers a multitude of activities. From the legendary miles of white-sand beaches and all imaginable water activities, to museums and wildlife viewing, to shopping and dining, the Fort Myers area and Southwest Florida has it all.
