Spacious three bedroom condominium "Sunset Pointe" built summer 2005 in mid-town Ocean City, right off of the Rt. 90 bridge. Unique 2,000 square foot unit on third floor with beautiful bayfront views and quick walk to the beach. Extras include rooftop swimming pool, seven-foot pool table in the unit, elevator, four TVs, two DVD players, stereo/surround sound, fully-stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, gas fireplace for off-season rentals, balconies off of great room and master bedroom overlooking the Bay and beautiful sunsets. Three beach chairs available for use.
Master Bedroom has king bed, whirlpool bath with separate shower. "Kids" room has bunk beds and futon that opens to double bed. Third bedroom has queen bed. Twin aerobed. Unit comfortably sleeps 6 adults or a max. of 8 combined adults/children.
