Keep the kids busy in the second LIVING ROOM downstairs, designed especially for kids as a game/play room with TV, air hockey table and arcade-style games.
The top floor Master Bedroom boasts a luxury master bath with custom tile work from floor to ceiling in extra large DOUBLE shower and separate whirlpool tub. For multi-family gatherings, there is no need to flip a coin for the Master Bedroom, as their is a second Master Bedroom on the lower level.
Other features include ceiling fans in every bedroom, color cable tv in each bedroom, ambiance lighting,tons of decking both covered and uncovered, PRIVATE POOL and outside shower, large patio area with comfortable loungers, and much more.
