  Convenient to the beach, affordable, clean, great view, tastefully decorated, and all amenities provided. Will definitely stay again next trip to the beach. Tina is very easy to work with. We stayed during a baseball tournament and it was not a bad drive to the fields. There are several restaurants within walking distance and near to grocery store and shopping.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This unit has great potential. It is the second year we stayed there. However, it needs upgrades. The couch needs replacement as does the flooring. Cupboards are original. Great view from patio but need new patio furniture..

We spent $32,000 over the past 4 years with the exterior renovations of the building. Brand new exterior Hardi Plank Board siding with brand new color and paint, new windows and sliding glass doors, exterior lighting fixtures. The new sandy tan color is refreshing rather than the dull grey color of days past!! Since May 2012 we have started the interior renovations. Freshly painted rooms, some new decor and a brand new Flat Screen TV all added December 2012/Jan 2013. We are planning more renovation and additions this summer 2013.   Our family had a wonderful week, the location is so convenient and the beach is perfect. The condo was clean and an ideal size for our family of three to four adults and a toddler. The complex is well care for and though the interior could use some updates, it is still a great vacation rental. We will definitely consider renting it again in the future.

  Stay was great - our first time at this particular beach. The accomodation was quite adequate for a family of 5, and the premises was well kept. The location (quite close to the beach) was also great for the asking price. A few minor issues - the carpet was worn and could use an upgrade, and the cleaning service could have scrubbed the patio furniture of the dirt stains to allow us to eat outside. Overall, a great stay - would recommend it!

  Our stay at the condo was very comfortable and very accommodating. The owner, Tina, was very flexible with my schedule and very nice to work with. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely stay there in the future.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Great location, good price and we really appreciated Tina's help and efforts to put a phone in the unit, which included free calling to Canada. Unit was clean and although not all updated, still very comfortable. Would definitely stay at Tina's condo again. Close to the outlet mall, stores, grocery stores and restaurants. In many cases you did not even have to go on the main highway. Everything within a few minutes, including the beautiful beach. Thanks Tina

When you arrive in February you will find both bedrooms freshly painted a very nice creamy sand color to compliment the Water/Sky Blue we have in the Main area. There is new bedding as well.   We had a wonderful time. The apartment was very clean and the property owner was great to deal with as well. The apartment was close to beach access. Also we were within close driving distance of many attractions, but far enough away that you don't feel overcrowded. I plan on going visiting Myrtle Beach again next summer and I will most definitely be using this unit!!

  Great location, balcony gave a clear view of the beach, beautiful sunrises, condo with all of the amenities, very clean, daily rate was very affordable, excellent communications with the owner, Ocean Bridge facilities were clean and well kept, close to shopping and restaurants. Full deposit was returned within 2 weeks. Definitely will stay again.

  If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the beach this is the place for you. My family stayed in this condo in July and loved it. It is very clean, nicely decorated and has lots of amenities. It is just a few steps from the best beach area in Myrtle. The balcony has a great view of the beach. The two pools were also very clean. This is a wonderful condo and Tina is so easy to work with. I would highly recommend this condo; we will be back next year.
