Two Bedroom, two Bath ground floor unit in Building #10 with many recent upgrades. New living room furniture, including sleeper sofa, new carpeting throughout, updated fixtures, and many decorator touches.
The condo is completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, new designer bedding and window treatments. Washer & dryer in the unit. Two televisions with cable, VHS and DVD. Also includes free Broadband Internet access (Wi-Fi and wired)!
Master bedroom includes queen bed and renovated bath all decorated with a sea shell motif. Has it's own television with cable and DVD. Guest bedroom has two twin beds decorated in nautical colors.
Living room has new furniture and is tastefully decorated. You will find a television with cable, DVD and VHS as well as a portable stereo with CD player. Just off of the living room is a great covered porch.

Bed linens and towels are provided with your stay (please bring your own beach towels).
This is a Non-Smoking villa. Sorry, but pets, boats or motorcycles are not allowed on the property.
A $200 deposit will secure your rental with full payment due 2 weeks before check-in date. We accept monthly Snowbird rentals and nightly rentals (preferably with a three night minimum).
