Completely renovated and upgraded, this two bedroom/two bath Prospector Square condominium is now available for rent. There is (owner's opinion) no better unit in the Sun Creek complex and no better value in all of Park City.

This ground-floor corner unit, which gets great light all day long, particularly in the morning, features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all new Kraftmaid cabinets. The living room sports all new comfortable furniture and a slate tiled woodburning fireplace. One of the greatest additions has taken place in the master bath with the addition of a huge 35 square foot tiled walk-in shower. Both the master and second bedroom also have all new furniture and new bedding.

Although there is elevator access in the building, one short flight of stairs from the underground garage delivers you directly into the open air courtyard and onto the unit's front door. No long hallways to drag skis and luggage through. Once you park your car below there may not be need to use it again as the Sun Creek Condo sits right on the free Park City shuttle line which will take you to Main Street, all three ski areas and even the factory outlet stores.

    • The Sun Creek Condominium complex sits right at the head of the Union Pacific Rail Trail, This is a 28 mile paved trail that is used all year long for walking, running, biking and cross country skiing, If you still feel you did not get enough exercise while skiing or mountain biking, just two blocks from the condo is the Silver Mountain Sports Club, a 20,000 square foot facility with state of the art cardio machines, weights, yoga, spinning and the large outdoor pools (covered in winter) are all just down the street!

Why the Owner Chose Suncreek

We have skied in many of the resorts in the West and we fell in love with Park City. We had the opportunity to purchase a place in the Suncreek complex in Park City we jumped at it. Now we enjoy the area year round and cannot wait to teach our grand child to ski.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo

We catch the free bus right out of our unit to ski at any of the three resorts in the area. We enjoy walking the rail trail right out our back door.

I can't say enough good things about Paul and Lynn's condo and their approach to renting - they obviously pride themselves in providing a positive experience to their renters. The business end of things was straight-forward and they were easy to communicate with. The condo is beautiful and is outfitted better than any condo we've ever rented. Typically, you have to go to the store immediately after you arrive which we never had to do during our visit. They provide everything you could possible need with the exception of meals. The unit is a first floor unit right next to the hot tub - one of the best locations in the entire complex. The transit system and location of the condo make it unnecessary to rent a car although parking would be very convenient if you did. I would recommend this unit and these owners to anyone visiting the Park City area.

I just wanted to let you know that our stay in your condo was fabulous! Thanks so much for putting up with all of the questions. You were the most responsive landlord we have ever had and we have rented with VRBO for about 10 years. The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, even staples such as pasta, flour, sugar, spices and hot chocolate. It was a few minutes drive to all 3 resorts and a great value for the money!

Great unit/great value. This unit is located in Prospector's Square which is a newer commercial district in Park City. Walking distance or short drive to many practical services (supermarkets, restaurants, health club, spas etc.) and minutes to ski areas. The unit has many of the qualities of very expensive ski in/out condos at a fraction of the price. Owner is super easy to deal with in terms of payment etc. and has stocked the unit with many of the little items that many units don't (dish soap, coffee filters, laundry detergent, shampoo etc.) All the furniture, appliances, linens , towels are new. We've stayed in Prospector Square a number of times in Sun Creek and other nearby condos and none of the units compare to this one in terms of quality. Prospector Square is not the prettiest area in Park City but if price is a factor, stay here. With the money we saved, we didn't hesitate to eat at the St. Regis and Stein Erikson's etc.

Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us. It was stocked with all the comforts of home (like a computer printer and paper for printing boarding passes) nicely appointed and maintained, and conveniently located. The covered parking was a real plus as it snowed roughly 44 inches in 48 hours:) We would certainly stay in this unit again!

The condo couldn't have been better at Suncreek. The location was perfect as we didn't rent a car and the bus stop was only about 100 yards away with free bus service running very frequently so we had plenty of access to Deer Valley ski area. The condo was warm and supplied very well with all the comforts of home and we ate almost all our meals there. The beds were very comfortable so all in all it was just a delightful place.

Cozy unit wonderfully stocked with homey details such as humidifiers in the bedroom, wood for the fire and info on local attractions and restaurants. Owners have really gone above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Very spacious as well, so you don't feel like you're stepping on each other. We'll be back!

Convenient location and well stocked kitchen

This condo is located close to both the Park City ski area and the Deer Valley ski area. The unit itself was very close to the shared hot tub, which was very important on the cold evenings that we used it. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The whole unit was clean, cozy, with more than enough room for us and our two grown sons. That Good Karma is right across the street for excellent breakfasts was a plus.

Convenient to Park City and Deer Valley

Condo was clean and warm. Minutes from downtown Park City and Deer Valley. We would recommend this unit. We had two other groups staying at Suncreek and everyone would stay here again.
