Enjoy gorgeous views of the beach and ocean from almost every room and the balcony of this 2nd floor Mediterranean styled condo. Located on 700 feet of pristine beach in Cape Canaveral this is the closest beach to Orlando, Disney World, Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral.

The condo has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and has been freshly renovated. The private beach access is steps away, as is the pool and hot tub. There is wireless internet connection.

Cape Canaveral is a world renowned vacation destination because of its unique location. All space shuttle and rocket launches can be viewed from the condo or on the beach. You are minutes away from Port Canaveral. The Port is home to numerous off-shore fishing charter boats that depart daily. Troll for sail fish, tuna, marlin and other deep water species or bottom fish for grouper and snapper. If you rather stay on land, you can fish from the jetties or on the beach for snook, pompano and giant sea trout.

If you are planning a cruise, ships from Disney, Carnival, Royal Caribbean and others sail out of Port Canaveral. There are several delicious seafood restaurants at the Port and nice lounges and bars for fun night life. The Banana and Indian River borders the west side of Cape Canaveral. In these tropical estuaries you can see porpoises and manatees while kayaking through the mangroves. These rivers are also world-famous for the unbelievable size and numbers of speckled sea trout and red fish.

  • What a spectacular view! We watched many cruise ships leave the port by just standing on the balcony or looking out our bedroom window-what a beautiful site at night!! This condo is just minutes from everything. We really enjoyed our time and do plan to return.

  • We had a great time staying in this condo! it was extremely clean and well kept, and the ocean view was spectacular! The private beach was great, and our 3 year old loved the ocean! It is a very short and easy drive from the Orlando airport. We enjoyed going to both piers, Ron John Surf Shop, Cocoa Beach Surf Company, and eating at Fishlips! This was a great place to vacation and we hope to return again!

  • The Royal Mansions is a beautiful property, the grounds are well maintained and the beach and pool are top notch. We had a great stay in David's condo and plan to return next year. The view was just what I hoped for and the condo was well equipped with everything we needed. I also appreciated the key pad door lock, not having to keep up with a key was nice. We can't wait til next year!
