Totally delighted with the condo - very upscale and well kept by the owner. Easy access to the beach which in itself is a great location. The Cocoa Beach pier is about a slow 40 minute walk on the beach - fun to go to for lunch or happy hour ($10 lobster on Fridays during happy 'hours' - also some of the best ribs I've had, for $3.50!)- The walk is very easy because of the firm sand. Maybe a 20 minute walk or so to the Canaveral Port entrance - great viewing of cruise ships - even a submarine while we were there. The condo had almost everything one needs for cooking or otherwise - even detergent and paper towels - you only need food. Great views of the ocean from the bedroom and small dinning area - also the porch. I like the buffer area that is between the beach and accommodations - natural grass and palm trees add to the setting The pool was nice two - very pleasant sitting there enjoying a little Prosecco late afternoon - fun to sit and just do nothing. Not many people there when we were there (end of April) so cannot comment on that - had the pool to ourselves. I would definitely stay there again if we go to Cocoa Beach again. Very quiet upscale area. Totally recommended.

Royal Mansions is a nice place to stay and the corner condo is in the best location. The views are amazing both from inside and the balcony. The condo is cozy and has everything you need for a great vacation. On the beach, but close to golf and stores, yet in a quiet neighbourhood. Thanks for the efficient way you handle the rentals David! It was a great experience, we would love to come back!

This condo is in a great location, a quiet neighborhood but close enough to all activities in the surrounding area. We have many pleasant memories-- touring NASA, playing a lot of golf, eating at many delicious restaurants and walking the beach. The beach access is perfect. We were lucky enough to be there for a space launch that we watched from the beach boardwalk. The condo was immaculate, cozy and nicely decorated. The owner was very easy to work with and accessible.

My family enjoyed staying here. It is such a nice place with a beautiful view. It was like having your own private beach. We will definitely come back here and stay again.

We are repeat vacationers to this condo. The first time we stayed was for a family wedding in FL. The second stay was for our own honeymoon 2 years later. Best located condo in the whole complex!!!! You can sit in the condo and enjoy the oceanview, see the cruise ships as they leave the port a short distance away or take a short drive to do about anything. Condo is very clean and stocked.Owners are very easy to deal with. We plan on becoming regulars to this condo.

My wife, son, and I stayed here at the end of June. It is a very nice condo. Just enough room for the 3 of us and well worth the price for the week. We had absolutely no problems while staying here. The beach is nice and not over crowded. If I plan to go to this area again, I'll look into staying here again.

My son I stayed there in June 2011 and the condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, well stocked with various supplies and the kitchen had ample cookware and dishes. The views from the balcony and eating area were spectacular and the pool area was also always clean and not crowded. David was awesome to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here between Christmas and New Years. we have rented several condos in this area and this was the best! The view was unbeatable, the condo was clean and well-equipted, and the pool/ hot tub was well-heated for those cool winter nights. The pull-out couch was fine for our kids so the condo slept 4 very well. The proximity to the beach made access really easy so we didn't have to haul everything down there at once - we could come and go all day. We also really enjoyed being close to the port where we could easily walk to the Jetty and watch the cruise ships go in and out all day. The owner was first-rate. Plus the other residents were welcoming too. We have stayed at other condos where it is very apparent that kids aren't welcome. But this was nothing like that. It is a GREAT palce to go with a family!

My husband and I stayed in this charming condo Dec 2010. The location and amenities of this unit are wonderful and well maintained. The condo offers lovely views of the ocean from several windows. The owner was most helpful and responded promptly to all my correspondence. To be describe this place........ There’s a stretch of beach I found Where I sit and feel the beauty of silence. As the winds tenderly brush my cheeks A harmony of life unfolds before my eyes. I long to sit and listen to the waves, whisper to my soul. But I cannot linger long, for I must move on. Like the waves which unfurl before me, I too will return to this haven.

MY WIFE AND I STAYED AT THIS WONDERFUL CORNER CONDO JULY 30TH THUR AUGUST 6TH AND IT WAS GREAT. HAVING BEACH CHAIRS TO USE WAS NICE. I BROKE ONE BUT WE REPLACED IT. THERE ARE ALOT OF VERY GOOD PLACES TO EAT IN THE AREA. WE WENT TO HISTORIC COCOA VILLAGE AND ENJOYED OUR TIME THERE. WE HAVE STAYED AT ROYAL MANISONS AT FIVE DIFFERENT CONDOS AND THIS WAS THE BEST DECORATED. THANKS AGAIN DAVID.

Recently we had the pleasure of staying in this lovely condo. We are from Merritt Island but moved to Georgia a year ago. We stayed for two wonderful and relaxing weeks. The location and amenities of this unit are fabulous. The ocean, the pool, spa, everything! Pictures do not do it justice, the location is amazing. Condo is clean, extremely well stocked and centrally located. David, the owner, is very helpful and professional. This condo is probably one of the best units available at this resort, very quiet with spectacular views.

Space Coast Family Vacation

Great vacation spot that is centrally located with terrific beach access (nice quiet part of the beach). Beautiful and easy drive to the Kennedy Space Center. Two adults with a toddler found the condo very comfortable with all the necessary amenities including beach chairs, umbrella, and toys. Would definitely come back, David was a pleasure to work with.

I have stayed twice at this condo, and have already made a deposit for a third visit. It is not near the becah it is on it! Pounding surf makes for wonderous sleeping at night. A very nice, clean condo in a wonderful setting. I strongly recommend!

Other than a few things minor that needed to be fixed with the condo, it was outstanding. We really loved that the property was right on the beach. The owner was awesome to work with and if we ever go back to Florida, this is the condo that we would love to stay in again.

What a spectacular view! We watched many cruise ships leave the port by just standing on the balcony or looking out our bedroom window-what a beautiful site at night!! This condo is just minutes from everything. We really enjoyed our time and do plan to return.

We had a great time staying in this condo! it was extremely clean and well kept, and the ocean view was spectacular! The private beach was great, and our 3 year old loved the ocean! It is a very short and easy drive from the Orlando airport. We enjoyed going to both piers, Ron John Surf Shop, Cocoa Beach Surf Company, and eating at Fishlips! This was a great place to vacation and we hope to return again!

The Royal Mansions is a beautiful property, the grounds are well maintained and the beach and pool are top notch. We had a great stay in David's condo and plan to return next year. The view was just what I hoped for and the condo was well equipped with everything we needed. I also appreciated the key pad door lock, not having to keep up with a key was nice. We can't wait til next year!

Wow! What a great location close to everything and quiet as well. We had a wonderful time in the condo. We appreciated being on the beach hearing the waves at night and especially witnessing a shuttle as well as a rocket launch. Thank you Mr. Hendrix for making our stay in Florida so enjoyable.

Great condo with nice view of the ocean. Enjoyed the private beach access and private pool. Quiet complex. Will definately consider renting again when visiting Cape Canaveral.
