Recently remodeled and upgraded it is a very comfortable setting to spend time reading, playing games, entertaining friends, or just resting after a long day of playing in the mountains. There are so many things to do in Summit County and they are all accessible on a free transportation system. From the condo you can easily reach 3 giant ski areas, nordic skiing, restaurants, and all types of outdoor recreation winter spring summer or fall. Come and enjoy the magic of Summit County.

  • Very nice and clean. Owner easy to work with and responded quickly. Games and videos/DVDs were a pleasant surprise and are oriented to kids under age 10. Close to Peak 8, which is great for beginner and intermediate lessons and easy access to green, blue and black terrain. On bus route to Peak 8 and city of Breckenridge. Would definitely recommend and return to this property.

  • working with the owner of this condo was a pleasure. the condo was very nice and well furnished. the location was very convienient for skiing located very near the base of peak 8 away from most of the vacationer traffic.
