Upscale family lake retreat and total comfort is guaranteed as the setting and décor is total serenity; so come relax, unwind and enjoy. Total privacy is assured, as you will be on the point of a main channel peninsula lot surrounded on three sides by 575+/- feet of water frontage. Newly remodeled and furnished in the Spring of 2005 in a upscale rustic cabin theme with an approximate 4+ mile view towards Wind Creek State Park and 1 mile view towards 280 Bridge. Main house is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeps 8 and separate boathouse is 1 bedroom and 1 bath, with TV sitting area, sleeps 6. Great for two families or let the children stay in their very own boathouse.

Main House * King, Queen and 2 twin beds plus a queen size sleeper sofa (with a real mattress) Sleeps 8.
Boathouse * 2 sets of twin bunk beds and full size futon sofa (quality mattress) Sleeps 6. Combined both houses can sleep 14.

Wind Creek State Park 3 miles, Alexander City 4 miles, River North Marina 1 mile by water, public boat ramp 1 mile.

What a heavenly place to relax! This home is perfect for a group - and the boat house worked so well for the young men in our family get together!! We love the gorgeous view of water all around and enjoyed soaking it in while dozing in the hammocks. It's so well equipped - we felt right at home! Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us!!

I would have to say that we have taken a lot of family vacations and staying at Serenity Point in Alexander City, AL was THE BEST!! The property was Perfect, The location was Perfect, You could sit on the porch and look at the lake, it had the best view, you fish from the piers. (So peaceful) And such a manicured property inside and out... I could go on and on about how PERFECT this place is and we will definetly tell others and go back. The owner did everything to help make the trip perfect too. He was always just a phone call/email away..before - during and after the stay. I think any and everyone that stays at Serenity Point will not be dissappointed. It could not have been more perfect....

What a GREAT house! What a wonderful place to spend your vacation! Big open water view (great breeze) with a great place to hang out and enjoy! Feels like your staying at the home of friends...everything was perfect. It will definitely be a place we will revisit!

I was blessed to be included in a family vacation at Serenity Point with my daughter, her husband and their children - heck, even my parents came along for a couple of days. My daughter called before I arrived and the contentment that Serenity Point evokes in everyone was evident in her voice and her description of the place. We all found that it was easier to take a deep breath and feel serene and content as we watched the ducks swim and listed to the children laugh. From the first quiet cup of coffee on the porch to the last glass of wine while the fireflies flickered, the days were filled with magic and joy. Thank you for sharing your space. THE BURLEYS

The accomodations were outstanding. It was a wonderful place to celebrate our son's graduation from Auburn and his 23rd birthday. Serenity is the right adjective for this property!

Awesome . . . that's a great word to describe this lovely vacation spot. The owners have gone out of their way to make sure every aspect of the home and environment is ready to give you a relaxing and ideal home away from home. Detailed decor, hammocks, docks, it's all there! We loved it!!
