Total privacy is assured, as you will be on the point of a main channel peninsula lot surrounded on three sides by 575+/- feet of water frontage. Newly remodeled and furnished in the Spring of 2005 in a upscale rustic cabin theme with an approximate 4+ mile view towards Wind Creek State Park and 1 mile view towards 280 Bridge. Main house is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeps 8 and separate boathouse is 1 bedroom and 1 bath, with TV sitting area, sleeps 6. Great for two families or let the children stay in their very own boathouse.

Main House * King, Queen and 2 twin beds plus a queen size sleeper sofa (with a real mattress) Sleeps 8.
Boathouse * 2 sets of twin bunk beds and full size futon sofa (quality mattress) Sleeps 6. Combined both houses can sleep 14.

Eat in kitchen, oversized greatroom with stacked stone fireplace and large bedrooms, 3 TVs and 2 VCR/DVD players, ceiling fans and central A/C and heat, fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer, microwave, dishwasher, towels, linens, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, CD players, gas grill and smoker, hammocks, porch swings, main pier, boathouse pier and floating dock with rock stairs into the lake.

1 ¼ hours from Birmingham, 1 ¾ hours from Atlanta Airport, 1 hour from Montgomery and 40 minutes from Auburn. Located 1 ½ mile off Highway 280 just 1 mile to the west of the Highway 280 Bridge. Wind Creek State Park 3 miles, Alexander City 4 miles, River North Marina 1 mile by water, public boat ramp 1 mile.
