The 1800 square-foot house has two bedrooms, 2 baths, large living room with dining area, media center, a gourmet kitchen with pantry/laundry area. With a wrap-around lanai (deck) to enhance the ocean-front experience, the property will accommodate 2 to 4 guests in Grand Style.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The Bedroom also features large sliding glass doors opening onto the lanai, complete with Ocean Views.
The Second Bedroom, features a queen bed with full bathroom adjacent.

The Kitchen is light, bright, and fully equipped. Everything you have in your kitchen is in this kitchen: microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cookware - and all of this with a Great Ocean View. The Living, Dining Room area has dynamic Ocean Views, combined with a tropical ambience. The furnishings are custom designed rattan pieces which combine beauty with comfort.
