The Unique Benefits at this Condo
At Sunrise you don't have to park across the street. The parking is right under the building. The people in the office are super nice. I love having 2 hot tubs to relax in.

This condo was comfortable, nicely decorated and had a great view of the gulf. The condo looks exactly like the pictures on the website. My family and I had a great time. The view from the 21st floor was spectacular. The convenience of parking in the enclosed garage and walking right out to the beach was a huge plus. We fell in love with Panama City Beach and will definitely be coming back. We had a minor issue with the key to the condo but both the property manager and the owner were very accommodating and helpful. The instructions to get into the condo are a bit unorganized and incomplete. I recommend that the owner put together a standard document with all the entry and exit instructions. I would recommend this condo to families and anyone who is interested in enjoying the beach and relaxing. We look forward to coming back and would probably stay at this condo again.

We spent a week at Sunrise. The ocean was beautiful, the condo was amazing. I couldn't have hoped for anything more. This is a wonderful place to stay, and the owner of this unit was very helpful.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway.
