We just finished this cabin in January 2006. If you want a real log cabin with all new amenities Timber Treat is it!! We designed this cabin with our guests enjoyment and comfort in mind. Wonderful log furniture with top notch mattresses in the bedrooms and warm, comfy rocker/recliners in the living room for great TV watching at the end of the day.
Timber Treat has a huge three-sided covered deck with a hot tub, rockers, gas grill, and a table and chairs for dining. You'll love the very private setting, the cabin is enveloped with a forest of oak, hemlock, and pine.
Timber Treat also has all the toys for a fun stay - pool table, DVD/VHS player, indoor jacuzzi, hot tub, fireplace, and TVs in every room!! Also the kitchen is full stocked and we provide all the linens you'll need for your stay. We will inspect Timber Treat personally before you arrive to make sure everyting is perfect for your stay. Also we now have HIGH SPEED INTERNET!
On top of all that Timber Treat is only five minutes from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and 10 minutes from Dollywood. You'll be near all the "action" but your cabin will help you feel many miles away. A small spring runs below the covered deck. The deck is surrounded by trees. You are completely insulated from the outside world but only 5 minutes away from all the "action" if you want it.
Lot's of folks have a hard time leaving Timber Treat.

Hi folks, The photo is my son Joseph, my puppy Missy, and myself (Terry Kay). My camera shy husband Tim helps me manage our 8 cabins. We are a true “mom and pop” operation. We live here locally and only manage our own cabins. We are hands on, we inspect every cabin before our guests arrive. We want to make sure everything works properly and everything is spotless for your stay.

Tim and Terry, We have so enjoyed our stay. Your cabin is beautiful and very nicely put together. Our boys 12 and 15 loved the pool table and hot tub. We also enjoyed both too. We had a wonderful time! My husband and kids have never been to this area, and it has been about 20 years since I've been here. My parents, who came with us, come to the mountains often, so they kept us very busy on adventures. We went to the Dixie Stampede, where my little boy was asked to be a part of the show! We rode through the beautiful Cades Cove, shopped in Gatlinburg, and visited Cherokee, N.C. We also goofy-golfed, road the water bumper boats, and go-karts. We ate at the Old Mill, Bennets BBQ, a pancake house and of course many other places. We also went to the Apple Barn. Timber Treat is a beautiful, peaceful cabin! We have enjoyed lazy mornings here at the cabin. We've also enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. The accomodations have been wonderful and safety was never an issue. This cabin has been just like home! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us and we have appreciated your hospitality from the minute we first reserved the cabin. The note by the Bible and the scriptural pictures are a great ministry and provide comfort as well, thank you! We will be back! If my husband had it his way we would move here soon. Dear Stagg family, This weekend getaway has been wonderful and just what our family needed! The cabin is gorgeous and immediately felt like home. I believe the hot tub was everyones favorite. We visited Ripley's Aquarium and Dollywood. Both were great but I think the best time was spent actually kicking back here on the deck and just not worrying about time and rushing around. What a great cabin! Thanks for having everything so homey and clean. Our son and daughter in law told us what a great place this was after they stayed here in your cabin last year! Dewey and Ella from Pensacola, Fl. I have dreamed for years of coming to a place like this, never imiagined it could really happen. My dream has now been fulfilled. A cabin in the woods! Love It! We had a wonderful time. My sis and I had a wonderful time trying to shoot pool. We don't know how to play, but it's all been fun. The shows, the food, the caves, and best of all THE CABIN! Dear Stagg family, My husband and I and sister and her husband stayed here for 10 nights. Our first time in a cabin was wonderful. We love Tennessee and the people here. We were very impressed with this cabin. It is so peaceful and yet so close to the action. We went to Sweetwater and saw the Lost Sea, Bryson N.C. for a wonderful train ride. Saw two shows, Joseph and Smith Family. Alos Dollywood and the Dixie Stampede were great. The cabin was great to come home to each evening. We enjoyed the hot tub and cooking out on the deck. We even lit the fire one evening when it was cool. We will never forget this time we had here at Timber Treat and will probably come back some day. Thank you for the memories. We celebrated our 10th anniversary on the 8th. We brought our daughter with us for a getaway. We had a great time. We did the normal tourist stuff. We loved the Ripleys Aquarium. We played mini-golf, shopped and ate. Our favorite restaurant is Calhouns, we love their ribs! We also found a little bakery on Wears Valley Road- very nice people and great chocolate cupcakes w/peanut butter frosting - yum!
