After staying in our unit you will want to return year after year. Our building Las Brisas has only 40 units and 5 floors high. Our unit has been totally redone top to bottom, 1500 square ft. top floor and is a pleasure to stay in.
Three bedrooms, two baths and laundry room in the unit. The sunsets and view from the the master bedroom and living room are just beautiful and just a step onto the six by 26 foot deck the views continue. Dolphin watching early morn and early evening is great.
Crown mouldings. new tile, new kitchen, baths, granite, all new furniture including beds. The unit it totally equipped with the needs of home and much more.
The master bedroom has a king bed with it's own bath, the second bedroom has two queen beds with it's own bath and the third bedroom has a queen bed and a full size crib. There is also a play and pac.
Our Condo has three televisions, two DVD players and VHS player.
Also for your shopping pleasure there is John's Pass with many of it's unique boutiques, grocery store, pharmacy and many great restaurants all within walking distance.

My family recently stayed in this condo for a vacation/wedding. It is so beautiful and comfortable. We sat out on the deck every morning, drinking coffee and watching the dolphins swim by. It is very spacious and there is so much to do in the area. We brought our own jet ski and over in Fort Desoto Park, you can pull it right up on North Beach. We stayed for 8 nights and still were not ready to leave. It is paradise. We will definitely be back. The owners are also so nice and wonderful to deal with. Alot of our family stayed at the Tradewinds Resort for the wedding and when they came and saw our condo, they wished they had thought of it! We cannot wait to return.....
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My Hubby and I stayed at this Condo last year and absolutely LOVED it!! It was beautifully kept, well decorated and spotless. The owners were so pleasant and helpful and we had no problems at all during our stay. We will be returning to this property again in the very near future!! There were plenty of activities within walking distance and we did not need to rent a car. Watching the dolphins from the balcony with our morning coffee was spectacular!! I would highly recommend this property without hesitation to anyone.
