The cabin was absolutely wonderful. Pictures and description were exactly as it was in person. The view was beautiful. The best part was when my now fiance' proposed in the cabin. I will never forget this wonderful cabin. Thank you so much for sharing "A Little Romance" with my special moment of romance.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon night here and I'd have to say it was THE BEST experience ever. I had always been leery of cabins because I have heard horror stories about cleanliness before but this was not an issue at all here. Everything was very nice and clean, very cozy, and very breathtaking. We were so excited when we entered the cabin and saw everything. It was truly the best vacation place we had ever stayed in and we look forward to coming back every year for our anniversaries.

My husband and I spent our 2Oth wedding anniversary in "A Little Romance". The Northrups did a wonderful job in making sure this cabin was cozy, comfortable and had every ammenity we could possibly need. The location was perfect. We were so close to all the restaurants and attractions yet tucked away enough to feel away from it all. We had several inches of snow and the views from the cabin were breathtaking! There were a couple of days that we decided to stay in and enjoy the cabin and the hot tub was a big hit. We would highly recommend "A Little Romance" and we are looking forward to coming back.

the cabin was beautiful as well as the view. The "very private hot tub" was on the front portch, just feet from the street, with one corner in full view. New years eve my husband and I were in the tub when a group of people walking their dog came by. They put the light of their flashlight rigtht on me as the dog barked. Very embarrasing got out after they moved on and did not return. If you rent this be sure to wear suits. Also the loft where the pool table was located had a very low ceiling at one end that I kept hitting my head and shoulder I am 5'2". The worst was upon arrival there was snow and ice on the steps and decks of both portches. No shovel was provide and I fell I would have thought that this would have been removed as the snow fell the day before we arrived especially as there were so many rules and restrictions that came with the rental agreement. We e-mailed the owner and did not get a response, I would have liked an appoligy as we left him a very nice note. Over all as I said very beautiful home very beautiful view of mountains. The bed was very comfortable Will not return due to the difficulties of our stay
Owner response:Please see our other reviews. Most all are 5 star and many compliment us on our quick response to issues. . The hot tub is enclosed except for the doorway on one corner. I can't keep someone from walking their dog with a flashlight. This is a dead end street with only 2 other cabins on the far end so it is rare for their to be anyone walking by. The only way they might see you is if you stood in the doorway. Their is 6 ft. of clearance at one end of the pool table and 15 ft. at the other. We don't have a snow shovel or anyone to come shovel snow. The entrance porch is covered and their are only 2 steps up to it. This has been an unusually hard winter with more snow and ice than usual so this has never been an issue in the past. I did not receive an e-mail or a phone call from them. They had my e-mail address, my phone numbers and my housekeeper's phone number. We never heard from them. The so called "rental agreement " is a standard Policy and Procedure which is posted on my website and sent to every guest well in advance of their stay.

We stayed at "a little romance" for Christmas and it was perfect! I was so pleased to see how clean it was when we arrived, and the Christmas decorations was the cherry on top. The cabin is located in a very nice subdivision however this cabin is very private. if you are as lucky as us you will receive snow and have your own sledding hill right outside your door. The tub in the master bath is the perfect place to unwind in front of the fire and tv. The cabin was equipped with everything need, except hangers which I left for future guests : ) I am a very picky traveler and I will be returning to this cabin as soon as possible!

We have not been on vacation in 4 years. This trip was a blast saw dolly 4 times and recommended the Dixie stamp-peed . The cabin was so much better than the pictures on the site it was home away from home. It has everything from pots to pans to dishes and anything else you might need. I loved the view, if you can take a camera and walk around the resort you will see some of God's wonder work. For this cabin is on our list for next year. Thank you

This was our second trip to A Little Romance and just like the first it was great! A beautiful cabin with an exquisite view of the mountains. A quiet and relaxing atmosphere. If you leave this place not feeling relaxed and rejuvenated then something is wrong. I would recommend Steve and Sherry's cabin to anyone that is looking for a relaxing time. It is conveniently located and easy to reach yet far enough off the path that you do not hear the hustle of the town below. We recommend this cabin to anyone and everyone looking for all the amenities of home because you feel like you are home the second you walk in the door. What a GREAT place to stay!!!!!

My wife and I rented "A Little Romance" for a weekend getaway, and we could not have been more pleased! It was very cozy, and had a terrific view of the Smokies! Everything was exactly as described, and the photos provided didn't do it justice. It was immaculately clean and well taken care of, and communication with the owner was top notch! My wife and I have stated numerous times since our visit that we will be back to "A Little Romance," and we are considering making it a yearly trip so we can keep our ski legs fresh!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in this cabin! It was nice and cozy. The hot tub, pool, pool table, and swimming pool added to our fun and the view of the mountains is gorgeous! It is very convenient to the Pigeon Forge strip and Gatlinburg as well. The price was extremely reasonable as well. The owner could not have been any nicer and cooperative in planning our trip. We will definitely visit again soon.

We recently stayed at a little romance and its a really nice cabin with great views. I really enjoyed my stay and would recomend it to others. The only problems i had was the keypad didnt work for me but it was no big deal, and i couldnt get the internet hooked up. The stay was still very nice. My children also loved it and there was plenty of room for them.

Very nice cabin, great views and easy to find. Cabin was very clean and everything you need is there. The owner was very curtious and helpful. Most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Access was so easy to anything you wanted to see or go to. We especially like going to the parks and riding through the mountains. Not a lot of traffic at the end of Pigeon Forge, made it an easy in and out.
