Renovated year round cabin. Fireplace in large attractive knotty pine living room. Laundry, two newly remodeled baths. Dining Room and three bedrooms, two of which are very large. Extra long couch and queen sleeper sofa in living room. Cable and TV/VCR, campfire ring and second lot available for campsite. Central air and new central gas furnace. Car port, and additional parking for approximately six plus cars. Nearby lake access (300 feet). Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. This cabin is very clean.
Atwood Lake is a beautiful wooded, inland lake approximately one mile wide and seven miles long, with a variety of activities. A wide array of water and land activities are available adjacent to the lake or within 20 minutes. Pontoon, Power and Sail Boats. Other water craft rentals are available at either of the two lake marinas,but cannot be docked in Sunset Valley. All boats illegally docked boats will be impounded by the Muskingum Water Shed no exceptions. They must be docked at the marinas.
Many restaurants are available near the lake including the Atwood Yacht Club. New Towne Mall, a regional mall with many chain stores and restaurants is just 20 minutes away in nearby New Philadelphia, Ohio.
