Just enter this condominium and you will know you have entered someplace special. This Venetian-inspired design simply transports you to another place and time. The artwork in the entryway was the inspiration for the entire condominium. Right off the entry you notice the luxurious linens and creative bedding perfect for a romantic getaway. The adjacent bathroom complements the decor perfectly.
Upstairs you will find the dining room with seating for four. The view from the Dining Room/Gourmet Kitchen is spectacular which will enhance any meal whether you are the one preparing it or simply enjoying it. Also upstairs is the second bath and the incredible Living Room complete with it’s own streetlight. Off of the living room is our balcony overlooking beautiful Lake Powell, the tennis courts, and a part of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our luxurious condominium is perfect for the beachcombers who are interested in a place to relax and escape the everyday stresses of life. It is comfortably nestled between the upscale, gated community of Carillon Beach and a protected bird sanctuary, both easily accessible on foot.
Easy parking near the unit with handy carts available for luggage and groceries. Enjoy the emerald green water and white powdery sand accessible via elevator. In the fall, we often see schools of stingrays and dolphin either from the water’s edge or from the many views of the condominium. Year-round we enjoy the sea gulls and pelican flying by at condominium level.
Within just a short walking distance you will find resort community restaurants, shops and a chapel. Events sometimes held in this area include art shows, wine-tastings, and outdoor concerts. Two grocery stores that should meet all your needs are across the street from gated entrance.
