A beautiful condo right on the water in a great location. It is very affordable. The pool is amazing. There is even one for little kids. The three bedrooms are spacious, enough for a large family. The ride from the airport was only 10 minutes long. There were many activitys for everyone close by. No one was bored. It is a relaxing paradise. I didnt need to cook. There was a lady that cleaned and cooked for us every day if we wanted. There was security to keep us safe 24/7. In the summer they even let the kids hatch baby turtles and release them in the ocean. This condo is great for a family vacation or even a couples retreat.

The photo of the view from the condo is what you see every day from window and patio. Every day the house is cleaned by their housekeeper (she is very thorough). The condo is roomy and very comfortable. If you want to go into town there are frequent buses right outside the condo. Every morning we looked out our window at the beautiful beach and the blue water, what a great way to start the day. The pool was maintained daily and was a great way to relax. We enjoyed our stay at this Cancun Beachfront Condo and highly recommend it.

What an incredible vacation residence! This villa is so great my family returns year after year. It is incredibly accomodating for families or groups of people who want to vacation together. There are three bedrooms (each with their own bathrooms and excellent views). There's a full kitchen, entertainment center, washer/dryer, and even a woman who comes to clean 6 days of the week. She's helpful with any questions or concerns. There's even security staff monitoring the premisis. Walking off the front patio is a small lawn, a huge pool, and then an unbelievable beach. The ocean is a spectacular caribbean blue and the sand is a gorgeous white. Although there are books, movies, games, and American satellite TV to entertain at the villa, there's also lots to do once leaving the villa. A short ride away are excellent restaurants, shopping, and day activities (like scuba diving, mayan ruins, and jungle tours). I highly recommend this villa to all. You won't be disappointed.

Villas Nizuc #26 is a stand-out tropical paradise! There is a beautiful white sand beach at your doorstep with only palm trees and a swimming pool between you and the Carribean's blue waters. The front patio is the perfect place to unwind, have a drink, and soak up the magnificent sunrise or sunset views. And, if that's not enough, there's an additional balcony on the top floor that also faces the beach. Each of the 3 bedrooms has it's own en suite bathroom and there is a surplus of amenities, everything from satellite tv to a washer/dryer, a full kitchen and internet access if you bring your own laptop. It's well taken care of and the woman who works for the owner's family is warm & friendly and and will make sure things go smoothly. I can imagine a family, a group of friends, or a couple or two all enjoying this lovely villa. It's a place you can happily hide out but if you want to venture out nothing is very far away as there's nightlife, shopping and good food to be had a short distance away. I recommend it without hesitation as the perfect tropical getaway where you can still have all the comforts of home.

First time we have stayed at this Villa, was the perfect place for our family get together in Cancun in Jan. of 08. Quiet beach, lovely, clean and well maintained Villa. Housekeeper was very nice and helpful. The owner was very easy to contact, made our arrangements easy to complete. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice relaxing time in Cancun. We had many restaurants and attractions close by.

My family has stayed at this wonderful condo many times over the last 10 + years. Each time we return, we are greeted with an easy shuttle ride from the airport to the impeccably clean and well cared for rental. We love the beautiful ocean views and warm sunny days. We have the opportunity to travel to Hawaii, which is a much simpler destination, but we always return to Cancun to vacation. We would not dream of staying anywhere else but this condo. It is a great value for our money. We love having the full kitchen to cook most meals in. The washer and dryer is very handy to have in the unit. The friendly and trustworthy daily maid service really makes staying at this rental a special vacation. This is the first year that we have traveled with our young daughter and felt that the condo was safe for her. The stairs have the option of being secured with a safety gate which made for a relaxing stay. The pool is very clean and warm. It is just steps away from the unit. It was a nice break from the sugar white sandy beach. The pool area is pleasant and relaxing with plenty of lounge chairs and shaded areas. We just can't say enough good things about this Cancun rental! We will definitely be returning next year!

My family has been staying at this particular villa for over 10 years and find it to be exceptional. The villa is well maintained, convenient, clean and comfortable. It sits in a quiet location, right on the beach.

Great Place To Stay, Great Location

We have stayed in this villa for several years and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. The location is the best in the hotel zone of Cancun. The villa is beautifully decorated with lots of room. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room that looks out onto the Caribbean. The patio is just outside the living room (which is a great place to read or nap). It is ideal for a family or friends who want to share accommodations with privacy. The pool is heated and is cleaned every day. It is never overcrowded and is just steps away from the beautiful white sand beach (the sand is always cool). You don't need a car... the bus stops right out front and goes by every few minutes. You can take the bus anywhere for less than a dollar. If you do rent a car, a parking space is provided for the villa which is right outside the door. You feel very safe and secure because there are always security personnel on the property, and we have found them to be very friendly and helpful. The maid is terrific... she keeps the villa spotless and if you need anything, she will take care of it. We have received great information from the owner with suggestions for restaurants, markets and attractions in the area. If there is a problem and the maid can't take care of it (and she usually can), the owner is only a phone call away. All in all, it is a great place for a great vacation with all the amenities of home. I am certain that if you stay at this villa, you will want to come back.
