Come and relax in the comfort of this beautiful townhouse three minutes from the nearest golf course in the peaceful, friendly Desert Hills II neighborhood of the ever-popular Green Valley.
New furniture and all amenities grace this well-appointed vacation home with its two large bedrooms; the master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, a 19" TV, walk-in closet, master bath with shower, safety grab bars and skylight. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, a double closet and a nearby guest bath with shower/tub combo, safety grab bars and skylight, as well as its own TV with cable. The living room has 27" TV, with a phone, cable, VCR, DVD player, CD player and plenty of comfortable seating. The house also has High Speed WiFi Internet with full coverage throughout the house and outside areas.
The sky lighted kitchen has lots of storage, all appliances including a dishwasher and disposal and is open to the separate dining room, which has its own wet-bar. There is a washer and dryer off of the hall. The covered patio has beautiful views of the Santa Rita mountains. Outdoor equipment includes a patio set for 4, and both gas and charcoal grills. Recent additions to enhance your stay include two new bicycles and collapsible hiking poles.
Green Valley is the perfect place get away from hectic city life, congested traffic and cold winters. Our home is near numerous golf courses, recreation centers, swimming pools, shopping and restaurants. This comfortable home is just off of I-19 for trips to the cinema, nearby Indian casino and easy day trips to wonderful destinations such as historic Tombstone, Madera Canyon, Titan Missile Museum, observatories, Tubac, Bisbee, Nogales, and all the cultural amenities of Tucson. Guests are automatically enrolled in the Green Valley Recreation (GVR) Association which gives access to many fine swimming pools and other facilities.
No smoking inside the house please, but small pets are most welcome with their responsible owners. All utilities are included in the rent.
