This is a beautiful four bedroom, four bath home (3,000 square feet) in a quiet gated community. It has a large front porch with swings and chairs and a large back porch with benches, table and chairs, and a gas grill. This all overlooks Lake Catherine. Deer constantly roam the area and pass right under the deck or in the yard.

The home has three floors connected with a spiral staircase. Upstairs are two bedrooms with two twin beds in each (making four) with a bathroom. The main level has the kitchen, bathroom, livingroom, fireplace, huge living area, and the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed. This all opens out to the huge back deck with grill. The lower level has a storage room, laundry room, a huge bedroom with a his and her bathroom, two full size bed & a "Day Bed" and a separate dressing or make-up area. The bed's faces a sliding glass door which looks out to Lake Catherine.

The house is fully-furnished with pots and pans, dishes, linens, paper towels etc. and even has a piano. Great for family reunions or church groups. Call me to check on other listings in the area.

I'm a retired Air Traffic Controller & Carol is retired from Continental Express. We like to travel (cruises)

Why the Owner Chose Hot Springs

Very peacful, quiet area & we love to have family reuinions there as it is large enough to handle us. We watch deer roam the grounds or go to waterparks, fishing, skiing or hiking to the waterfall. We like to rent a pontoon boat & take a family "cruise". Very nice & we make memories with grandkids.

    • We had a wonderful stay. If you are looking for a quiet place to unwind, this is it. The view of the lake is gorgeous. The trip to downtown Hot Springs is about 10 miles and the drive wasn't any bother at all. Also, everything you see on the website is accurate. When we return to Hot Springs, you can bet we will stay here again. Brian

    • Thank you for the use of your home. It was even better than the pictures on your site! The view was wonderful and we constantly watched deer pass by the back deck. Hot Springs is close by, providing activities for everyone. I would recommend your home and the Diamondhead Community to anyone planning a trip to Hot Springs. And Lake Catherine State Park is 2 miles away! We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back! Thanks again.
