This condo is fantastic! It is very clean, well appointed, super convenient to everything - from parks to restaurants and stores. Wonderful to have a first floor, easy access, private place to call home away from home. The owners have definately thought of everything that you will need and more! Our family of four loved the rooms and the porch. We made great use of the super pool - with slide!! My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub. We will never stay in a hotel again when visiting the Orlando area. The gated community is absolutely beautfiul and very secure. Where this condo is located in the community is IDEAL! Close to the clubhouse and pool and other ammenities. We had a fantastic vacation and it was because of where we stayed - hands down the best condo! Thanks Tim and Mena!!

I do a lot of traveling. I must say this was one of the cleanest and well maintained condos i ever stayed in. The hospitality was above all else ! I usually dont stop and take the time to do these reviews but i thought if i could help someone else out who was looking for a 5star condo that this one was a MUST! The owners were so helpful in the planning of our artinarary. It is so close to everything. You can be sure i will be going back. Theres not much else i can say other than HAVE FUN. This condo was GREAT! It was clean and very upscale. The pictures are just a sample of what you would see once you arrive. Filomena you really put your all into this. You were so wonderful to work with especially with our reservation being last min. We really enjoyed our stay here and will ALWAYS check with you first when we make our trips to Orlando. We could not have stayed at a better place. We have stayed at condos before but Filomena's is the BEST EVER. We will be staying again. We stayed at this property in April - family of 4 with two young kids. I definitely recommend it. The condo is nicely appointed - beds very comfy. My daughters loved the Mickey Mouse room - what a nice touch. The owner was very kind and more proactive and responsive than most VRBO owners that I have worked with. A few more basics would have been helpful (hand soap, dishwashing detergent). We were expecting a "welcome package" with these things, but did not receive that. Fortunately, there's a market with late night hours within a mile or so. The pool was really nice and gated community felt secure. Traffic was minimal to the amusement parks each day, and we also discovered Gaterland (big hit with my 5 year old) and a petting farm in Kissimmee (likewise - big hit) which were a welcome break from the parks while still being very engaging. Overall, we were very happy and would go back.

I would recommend this rental without reservation! It was decorated beautifully, my entire group (ages 2 to 60) felt right at home. The community is extremely well appointed, secure, and overall very friendly and helpful. The unit itself was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and seemed to have provided for all potential needs. My granddaughter, who we surprised with a trip to Disney for her 8th birthday, was thrilled with the Disney bedroom. We did Disney from open to closing on several days and then had a surprise party at the condo and swam and had a lovely family mini-reunion at this lovely location. Close to all you could want, over-the-top comfortable beds - a joy preparing meals and snacks. Mickey would approve! Go...Enjoy! You will be glad you did. We're hoping it's still available next trip :)

Filomena is a wonderful owner! Everything was great; clean and comfortable. I brought my college-age son and his dorm mate, plus my 10 yr old daughter. Everyone had a great time. We played Scrabble & cards (wonderul to have found!), went to WDW, hung out by the wonderful pool, and had a relaxing time. The King master bed was so comfortable! (No small thing to sleep well on vacation!) Filomena could not have made anything any easier! It was turn-key: come on in, and enjoy. The first thing I did upon arrival was make myself a Margarita. :) Can't wait to return!

The condo was very clean and had all of the amenities I expected. Check-in was seamless and our vacation started almost immediately from the time we turned into Windsor Hills. The location was also a plus as Disney was only a few miles away.

Our families stay at Filomena's place was absolutely wonderful and we were more than satisfied. Other than the fact that I was in class all day long M - F we had a great time. My mother-in-law came with us and she was very impressed. We normally stay at the government resort Shades of Green when we go to Disney. However, this place may have changed our mind for next time we take a vacation. The girls loved the pool, and they loved playing the Disney monopoly at your place. I really cannot think of anything negative about the stay other than we had to leave. Also, In case anyone has business or training around Universal it only took about 10-15 minutes on I-4 in the mornings to get there. It was very easy. Thanks, The Reeves

Our stay at Windsor Hills was excellent! If there is such a place as heaven, this is it. Our last minute booking was very stressfull, but with the help of Filomena everything worked out to our satisfaction. The condo we stayed in had everything you could ask for and more. Three bedrooms so the kids could play and watch there own tv shows without having to argue! What more can anyone ask for???Everything was very clean and very well kept. The pool area is beautiful. Most of our days were spent relaxing in the pool and the evenings were spent in the complex movie theatre watching great movies. We are counting down the days to our return trip to Windsor Hills...

This was the first time we stayed in a condo as a family. It will be very hard to stay in a hotel after this wonderful experience. This condo is high class. Clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, and there is so much room. It truly is only 10 minutes from Disney. My kids loved the zero entry pool and the movie theatre. There's plenty of restaurants, fast food places & a couple of supermarkets nearby. The playground was good for my 5 & 3 year old. Book now...because I'm telling everyone I know about this great condo.

We just got home from spending our first family vacation ever in the McLoughlin's condo. It was AWESOME! We will definitely try to get this condo on our next visit. The location was close to the parks and to everything else that we needed, even the Wal-Mart! I highly recommend Windsor Hills Resort and this condo.

Be careful in May and October for the "LOVE BUGS" who were out in full force and kept us from using the beautiful swimming pool-that really was a bummer!! Otherwise, everything was great!! Our stay at Condo 81161 was the best. Filomena was very helpful and prompt in making our reservation. The condo was very clean, well furnished and best of all, only minutes from Disney. We were there with our two grandchildren and son and daughter-in-law and the space in the condo was just perfect. The children enjoyed their own room with twin beds and the giraffe picture! We had a wonderful time! The condo was terrific. There was more than enough room for our family of 7. It was clean, neat, and nicely decorated. We had everything we could possibly need. Our children thought having 3 cable TVs was awesome. We enjoyed the pool, basketball court,and game room. It was so close to Disney World we couldn't believe it! Our family had a wonderful vacation at Windsor Hills. The beautiful decor of the condo made it a pleasure to come back to each night after full days at the parks. The condo was immaculate and well equipped for a family to feel right at home. The pool area was a big hit with our children, age ranging from 11-15. The security of having a 24 hr gate guard made us very pleased. We had dinner in the condo and could sit as a family for a great dinner without being in a cramped hotel room. Our week stay at Windsor Hills was one of the best vacations we've ever taken. The condo was beatiful both inside and out. The interior decorating was great and the outdoor landscaping around the grounds was wonderful (especially in the pool area). The condo was filled with everything we needed....from kitchen supplies to laundry facilities to towels for the pool. Anything we needed was included. And I must add that the beds are by far the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! We truly enjoyed our stay and were able to use the pool, game room, and play areas. Our three children LOVED the pool area with the slide and water fountains. And, my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub as well. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area and plan to return (hopefully on a yearly basis!).

We just returned from a week stay and were very happy with the accomodations. It was very nicely decorated. They have everything you need for cooking. The neighborhood is great and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again! By the way, we were able to access the EVDO wireless signals for internet browsing if you subscribe the EVDO card.

The five days we stayed at Tim and Mena's condo was the most relaxing time we have had on vacation. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and having multiple bedrooms was so wonderful with four adults staying together. The short distance to Disney could not be beat. We were there in minutes- no traffic, no long waits for shuttles. The accomodations do feel like a home away from home. Having the full kitchen allowed us the choice to eat in or out. We did not have time to enjoy the pool or club house but will hopefully see these on another trip. I have already recommened staying here to others. We just returned from a 9 night stay and we were very happy with the accomodations. We have stayed at Windsor Hills before but this was our first time in this particular condo. It was very nicely decorated, especially the master bedroom. The bed was even more comfortable than ours at home! They have everything you need for cooking (if you actually get time off from the parks) and the appliances were of high quality. If you have little kids, the zero entry pool is fantastic and they even have the little fountains of water that shoot up from the ground. And for the bigger kids, there is an awesome waterslide. I would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful time we had at your beautiful condo! Counting the days until we can return. What a perfect place to stay with children. There was plenty of room for three adults and our children. Not only were we impressed by the decor, but we basically only had to bring the clothes we wore and our own personal items. It was so convenient to wake up and make the kids breakfast before heading to the park for a long day, only to be able to return again to the comfort of home. Our recent trip to the Disney area with our three sons has never been better. Having stayed at several resort properties in the past, we can now say...never again. This condo is fantastic! It is very clean, well decorated, and a wonderful place to come home to after long days of fun. We had so much space to spread out and have down time without being on top of one another...our sons loved it as much as we did. The pool and clubhouse is terrific. We all had a great time enjoying the pool, the slide, and we even had our very own private movie theater one evening...so many great things to chose from! We will most certainly be staying here again in the future and we would highly recommend this property to anyone. "Five minutes" to the Disney Parks really is five minutes! Wow!

We just had a great stay in Filomena and Tim's beautiful condo. It was well stocked with those items that you can easily forget. The pool was the highlight for our children and it is heated. We greatly enjoyed our 12-day stay at your Condo in late May 2006. You really thought to supply our every need: pots and pans, utensiles, towels, washer, dryer, appliances, etc. The place was clean and tastefully decorated and just like home. The weather was perfect every day (only one evening shower). The swimming pool was magnificent. I loved watching the kids playing in the fountains, going through the water tube slide, and frolicking with their water toys. My husband especially liked the hot tub and the billiard tables in the club house. I enjoyed the landscaping throughout the Windsor Hills complex most of all. Our daily morning walk to the pool was delightful. At each bend we were treated to a dazzling display of plantings (white and bright shades of pink, blue, and yellow) that accented the landscape. Everyone at the Office was most helpful and gave us good directions to wherever we wanted to go. Disney was right next door. The beach at Daytona was only a little over an hour away and we spent time there visiting friends. Kissimmee was a great town. I visited several shops and brought back some neat things for my kitchen back home. We dined at several nice restaurants on steak and seafood. We are certainly coming back next year.

This was,without a doubt, the best vacation our family has taken! The condo was so much like home, no one got homesick. It was fully epuiped (even with necessities for small children!), clean and spacious enough for eight to stay comfortably! Being on the first floor was very convenient. We were surprised how close and convenient the condo is to the Disney Theme Parks and Universal Studios! Our kids also enjoyed taking advantage of the amenities at the condo, like the waterslide at the pool and the game area as much as going to the parks. Nobody wanted to come home! We will definitely book another vacation here!

This was our family's first trip to the Disney theme parks and we were extremely pleased with the accomodations. The condominium is fabulous! The ground-floor location is convenient to the parking lot. While being spacious and well-stocked, it is comfortable and extremely clean! My teen-aged boys LOVED the pool and water slide. Having the convenience store on site saved trips to the larger market and proved invaluable for those last minute snacks. We truly enjoyed all the comforts of home in a safe, well-lit complex with an ideal location to attractions, restaurants, etc. Coming from a true "hotel snob", you will LOVE this 5 star resort!

Windsor Hills was great! The condo has so many good things about it... First floor location(no hauling luggage and supplies up stairs), clean, tastefully decorated and brand new. The staff at the resort were very friendly and extremely helpful. We visited all of the ammenities offered and they were all great. The playground was really nice, the pool was HUGE, heated and crystal clear. The water slide was exciting and fun for all. The resort is centrally located and the very close to Disney and most attractions. The people who rented were attentive to our needs and responded very quickly to our requests. I highly recommend this rental.
