Located on Paleo Woods Way, this non-smoking, resort cottage will exceed the needs of the discriminating family looking for the ultimate vacation experience. Our unit is close to the beach and pavilion area. Our beautiful vacation home boasts a fully-applianced kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, TVs, phone for local calls only.
Two bedrooms have double-sized bed with loads of storage space. One large bathroom with full shower. Third bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps two. This home has a 12-foot by 24-foot, Florida sunroom and a rear deck. Also ramp in front for handicap entrance.
Our unit is only a five-minute walk to the beach and all activities Point Sebago has to offer. Renters, please understand that this home is privately owned and every effort was made to stock it with beautiful furnishings, and everything you could need for a relaxing fun-filled week of fun. Please treat this unit as though it was your own and all you need to bring is towels, linen and food. Please no pets.
Point Sebago Resort boasts resort supervised day and evening activities for children ages two to 12 years old. Some of the more popular ones are nightly hayrides with Chippy and Friends, family bonfires with sing-a-longs, and Chippy's playhouse in the evenings. Adult activities include horseshoes, shuffleboard, volleyball, tennis, golf tournaments, Bingo, road races, washer toss, and many more. Some examples of the adult entertainment on site is daily happy hours with hors d'ouvres and entertainment, hypnotists, comedians, Monte Carlo Night, Live Theatre Night, and a new lounge/game room with pub food. The resort has several beach areas, marina, dining room, general store, and a championship, 18-hole, golf course.
Some pre-teen and teen activities include atomic dodge ball, Ping-Pong tournaments, candy bar Bingo, floor hockey, kayak races, pillow polo, fat bat t-ball, and our own miniature golf course. Teens will have a great time at both the indoor teen dances with professional DJs, and the teen dances aboard the Point Sebago Princess Boat. Activities this year include Lazer Tag and Night Spiker Volleyball.
Most activities are included in the rental price of the resort cottage, with very few requiring a minimal fee. We have an eleven year old girl and a six year old boy who recommend it highly.

Supervised games, crafts, Shuffleboard, Bingo, Teen Ctr, Floor hockey, dodgeball, ping pong, cheering camp, capture the flag, Italian Golf, Mini golf, boat rentals, water sports, water play area, BBQ's on the beach with dance games, staff shows, live entertainment every night. Sign up the little ones for the "Tot Lot" or older kids in planned activities and games while mom and dad play golf on a top rated 18-hole championship golf course, and have lunch at the 19th hole lounge. Pt. Sebago's 40 trained staff will keep you and the kids busy all day, or keep the kids busy while mom and dad read a good book. Sign up kids for the golf clinic, join in the golf tournaments, visit the Lakeview restaurant & Terrace Room, Sunset Lounge, outdoor Tiki Bar, Sebago Lounge, Happy Hour, golf snack bar at the 19th hole, the outdoor snack bar, ice cream bar, and much more. We had a wonderful time on our August 07 vacation at Point Sebago. Our accommodations were wonderful. The house had everything you could possibly need, it was clean and family friendly. Our children enjoyed having nighly campfires right in our own yard. The street that the house is on is mostly privately owned and was very quiet during our stay. We will be back!!
